I ordered online, received confirmation of my order and paid for the 5d holographic which was confirmed by PayPal. Now getting emails telling me to finish my order with a discount offer. They’ve had my money and still not delivered it and after sending several emails to both customer & service which comes back unknown with NO answer from service either, beware that this is a scamming company.
This company does nothing but scam people. They also go under the name of ukwelllife. What they advertise and what you recieve is 2 completely different things. They advertise as as 100% money back guarentee but when you contact them to return it, then you have to pay approx £15 in postage. I bought 5 and we are so angry. They refuse to listen to any sort of explanations. We reported them to Meta but meta came back saying they are legit. Stay far far away from these guys and pass the message on. Its basically a tiny motionless spotlight on the ceiling.
I purchased a night light projector with colour changing light and sea images. It was advertised as 5D. I paid £22 for it. On arrival I unwrapped a small night light, with one button - on or off and 1 small slide that you slot into the light in order to get the image. The image was a single planet. No movement, no colour change, no ocean theme. The only use for this light would be as a bed side light or crafting light. Absolutely rubbish product, false advertising and make returning difficult. Would not buy again.
DO NOT ORDER. I have had the same experience. I placed order, The order was confirmed and money was taken out. I then kept getting emails to complete my order. The order came through the post and I still get emails to confirm.
The product itself is shocking! Its a tiny spotlight on the ceiling with galaxies that are blurry. Can't contact them. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!! It is spam.

I bought a 3d ceiling light. Got a confirmation email. Then next day another email saying failed payment. Load of rubbish. Money has gone as shown in bank and pay pal. Contacted pay pal and reported and they’ve issued a refund.
Terrible company. Paid £30 for 2 x projector lights which are a load of rubbish. Box was broken on arrival and both projectors are faulty showing a stupid white shape on the ceiling. Nothing like the advertisement. Contacted company they state they will give me a 30percent refund or will charge 20pound to cover shipping costs so only having 10pound refund anyway. Not happy with either solution and the product does not work. On their website it states 180 days return guarantee with full refund. I have opened up a dispute with my bank to hopefully get full money returned. Do NOT order with this company it's a scam!
Same experience as the others, total scammers. Package arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging, only a poor quality projection of a white stag outline available. Tried to return for a refund - was expected to pay the postage to china although the co is called ukwellcare. Utter rubbish, do not buy!!
I would give -1 if I could....they are nothing but scammers, I ordered a 5d night light projector....it arrived today and all it was was a picture of a stag projected on the ceiling. A load of rubbish, and people really should be warned about this scam company. They should be stopped from advertising on Facebook...still lesson learned, I will never buy anything from a Facebook ad again.

This company is a scam, they charge your more than they put on the invoice, adding extra charges. All i have found about them since I ordered has been negative, I am now trying to get my money back from PayPal, I 100% do not recommend this company! claims its uk based but its not, its Singapore based
Ordered one pair through Facebook but tracked through SHOPIFY ! Second time this has happened with Shopify having scam sites service running through their platform…had to go through my bank to get my money back. This was from a company called ADORN. Ltd. was selling Halara clothing (FALSE)

Unfortunately this UKwellcare took a payment that wasn’t the same price that was on the invoice Basically overcharging more money. Although the order is still pending the customer services is absolutely useless and saying 24hour customer service is False Promises they don’t keep no response from them since purchasing regarding this overcharging they made.
I really don’t recommend shopping with them lying about the their company who are not based in the UK !!
Take money but never dispatch goods. This company is a scam they are supposedly have a UK base they are based in the USA. no customer service. NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS
