Excellent, fast and correct.

Asked for an address to be traced. Sent £100 when the £5 trace didn't give results. Gave him two last known addresses and send the 2nd address back as current address which it wasn't. Asked to search again and he came back with the first address I sent them which I said wasn't right and he said to check it out. I said I didn't need to as that was where I and the guy in question lived before. We both moved out last August and now someone different lives there. He said to come back in a month and they'll check again.

They have since ignored all emails requesting refund.

Total scam, avoid at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Edit after reply: I asked for £100 refund and was given £50.

This company did exactly what they said they would do. It was done speedily and to a high standard. Additionally they gave me extra information without additional charge which demonstrates good customer service. I would recommend this company.
