We have been with UK Servers for over 10 years and have never had a negative issue with them. We have had no down time on our dedicated servers during this time. They are the best value for money available and out perform their much more expensive competitors. Their support is second to none and response time is fantastic. If you are looking for a reliable, cost effective server solution then these guys are unbeatable.

I've been in the web development industry for 20 years and used many hosting companies over that time and non come even close to the level of support you get at UKServers. We've been with them for 10 years and they've been great throughout that time. They cost a little more than other companies but take it from me, the peace of mind is worth a lot more than saving a little bit of money.

Those guys are amazing!

I moved my dedicated server hosting service to UK Servers in February 2023 and I have not had any regrets. The technical support is amazing. No matter how difficult, support guys will always crack the issue in a timely manner. Twice I had issue with foreign exchange in my country and this affected my invoice payment, yet they showed tremendous understanding while the issue lasted. Please keep up the good work.

Having been in the Internet industry since 1994, the NetScape Navigator days (no, Internet Explorer didn't exist then!).

I've had several suppliers of dedicated servers over the years, some good, some not so good (one of them down for 6 days).

None of them have been anywhere near as good in performance, stability, support, courtesy and value as UkServers are.

I've been a customer of theirs for 5 years, and I feel absolutely confident in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality server at reasonable cost.

I run a huge academic website and rely fully on this truly reliable, customer-friendly web host with very experienced and caring staff, at an affordable price. I have experienced an absolutely five star service for about 12 years so far.

Always exceptional! I've been a customer for over five years and their service has always been second to none. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The guys upgraded our server from CloudLinux 7 to 8 last night, something I'd been very nervous about and took are of it beautifully. I'm a really happy client.

Moved away from OVH and what a difference that made. Can't fault them on anything, from talking about what I needed for my business to supporting me with a major problem I had with Gmail. Support tickets are answered within 15min and they are left opened till I'm happy with the solution and fix, which you don't find anywhere any more! I am more then happy to recommend UK Dedicated Servers to anyone looking for a new server provider.

I've been a customer of UKServers for a few years now. Their technical competence and service is precisely the reason you should use them.

I reported a routing issue at 20:47 one evening that transpired to be with another downstream provider, by 21:03 they had re-routed traffic around said provider and the issue was resolved. I have never seen such haste to resolve an issue before and it is greatly appreciated.

I have only just taken service with UK Servers and will update this review should anything change (hopefully it doesn't!), but based on my experience so far I would not hesitate to give them 5 stars and recommend them.

I reached out to UK Servers late on Tuesday evening to enquire about colocation, to my surprise I received a reply very quickly despite it being out of hours. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally.

UK Servers' quote was by no means the cheapest I had received, but I am a believer in 'you get what you pay for' and had been impressed with how they had communicated with me so far which lead me to proceed with ordering the service.

I shipped my server to them which arrived just before 10am today. Within 15 minutes of receipt, UK Servers had contacted me to confirm they had the server, and within another hour my server was up and running!

The server was connected exactly as per the instructions I had provided in the box - UK Servers' team had clearly taken time to read these instructions as they contacted me to query a missing USB key which I had asked to be plugged in (later found loose in the shipping box, no fault of theirs).

I've been with UKServers for about 10 years now and have found them to be very professional and reliable. My dedicated server has run without issues and I was recently given helpful assistance with an upgrade to a new server at a generous price. UKServers have always over-provision - better RAM / CPU than in the spec which is nice. Still the best prices I know of for a dedi. Highly recommend.

These guys are real professionals. I've deployed new site with just 6 hours, no 12 hours delays with tickets that in most cases takes from 3 to 5 days during coordination. What surprised, most of our work took place in 12AM (night) and this was not a reason for delays. Everything has been prepared to be ready to deploy before hardware has been delivered to the datacenter. 10 out of 10.

UK Servers offer unparalleled support.
We will never use another supplier for dedicated servers. It is only possible to liaise with highly skilled people at UKServers, everyone seems to know everything about everything. Whilst we use AWS for some things, the core of our Enterprise SaaS relies heavily on the knowledge and expertise of UKServers staff. I don't think a ticket has ever gone unanswered for more than 20 minutes, 24/7 and the response is always a solution.

David is speedy, accurate and helpful - and never makes you useless when it comes to IT. He has saved us a few times with his tech knowledge and data is secure

Most trusted service provider for corporate web hosting.. why corporate because they are expensive.. but reliability, availability and trust is greater valued for the price I pay. I have been with these guys since 2017. Their servers are highly reliable.. I highly recommend for anyone.. Their tech support team is also highly helpful when there is an issue. For last 6 years I had only few minutes of downtime with them and my customers are happy because of UKservers.
