Loved it - really well done but will be honest the distances weren’t quite right, we did almost 12km for the 10k run 😱Yey us! 😍

This is a 5k run with a handful of inflatables. It’s not full of inflatables at all. Nothing like the videos on the website. The start was not well signposted and we missed it. Wasted half an hour trying to find it and charged £5 for parking on top of everything else. Will not be doing this again.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re really sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience and that you had difficulty finding the start.
We’d genuinely love to know which event you attended, as we have all of the advertised obstacles at our events. The only time we may have a couple of obstacles unavailable is if they’re undergoing maintenance or if they’re deemed unsafe on the day. Where this happens, we always do our best to provide a suitable replacement. We’ve not previously had feedback that an event was significantly different from what we advertise and show on our website, so we’d really like to look into this further.
We’re also sorry you had trouble finding the start. We provide navigation links and directions on our website, but if you could email us with the event you attended, we can look into exactly what happened and whether there was an issue with the signage or directions.
Regarding the parking charge, we do make this clear on our website, and it’s also included in the pre-event communications sent to participants. We don’t hide any additional charges and always try to make these as clear as possible before the event.
If you’re able to let us know which event you’re referring to, we’d be more than happy to investigate your feedback properly.
Best wishes,
Team UK Running Events

Absolutely brilliant event
Absolutely brilliant event! This was my first Inflatable 5K and I had such a great time from start to finish.
The course was loads of fun, really well organised, and there was a great atmosphere throughout. I also have to mention Jess and Alan on the merch stand — both really friendly and helpful and a credit to the event.
The T-shirts are great too — really nice quality and a brilliant souvenir from the day.
Definitely won’t be my last Inflatable 5K. Would happily do it again and would definitely recommend it!
