Spent the afternoon here for my sons 18th Birthday, booking was easy, staff were very friendly, would recommend

I recently visited this paintballing venue with my family, and while the games themselves were well thought out and the facilities were good, and the gentleman who registered us on arrival was friendly and professional, our overall experience was deeply disappointing.
The rest the staff were noticeably unfriendly towards us. What stood out most was how differently we were treated compared to other groups. Requests we made—particularly for refills that we had already paid for—were repeatedly ignored. We had to insist multiple times before being served, which was both frustrating and uncomfortable. The rest of the participants also treated us differently and were noticeably hostile towards us.
It’s upsetting to feel that the colour of your skin may influence how you’re treated, especially in what should be a fun, inclusive environment. No one should have to push to receive the same level of service as others.
While the paintball activities themselves are enjoyable, I cannot recommend this venue to people of colour based on our experience. Respectful and equal treatment should be a given for all customers.
