Very helpful call with Luis, was transparent about the costs.
Sent through a link to complete the booking immediately.

Not a great experience to be honest. Told to arrive for 12.15 and waited an hour before starting due to one player in another party being late. 50 odd people left waiting for one person is ludicrous and at 3.30 we had only played 2 games so had to leave due to a booking elsewhere. If you advertise 12.30 till 4 make it happen not everyone can extend the time spent there. No instruction was given as to what was going on until we asked, communication was very poor all day, the safety brief was rubbish, one guy shouting who could not be heard due to a kids party behind us, then they wonder why people do dangerous things. Guns constantly jammed or discharged all air from cylinders, just a shoddy set up. Found staff to be rude and obnoxious when spoken to, really disappointing activity for the start of a stag day.

In reply to your comments, it really shows the unprofessional nature of your set up that you cannot find info of our booking which was for 15 people!! Also you state a strict start time policy, well that’s just a lie, on this day it was most certainly not strict!!!

Don't book through UK Paintball, they are only an agency, they don't operate the paintball venue and have no control on what's happening and don't know anything. Search for the local vendor and talk to him directly. Expect to spend at least £100 per person for a full days paintballs, or £50 for half a day.

Andrew has been a great help during whole booking process. I had to book few numbers, then add few more and then adjust the final number etc. Appreciate his help and patience with me. Next we can't wait to attend the actual action.. It's going to be an awesome teenager birthday event.. Thanks Andrew...

I am yet to have the paintballing experience, but Andrew was really helpful with booking as I did it last minute and it was the quickest booking ever!

After having difficulties booking online and applying my discount coupon I had a brilliant conversation with Luis who was able to attend my needs attentively and efficiently. He was easy-going over the phone and was able to get my booking done, with coupon included, with no issues. We look forward to our visit to the Kilmarnock centre!

Booking through Luis made the process so simple. Very accommodating and helpful giving any information i asked for, looking forward to the games!

We were asked to be there 10-15minutes early, then waited until gone 10past for others to arrive.
Our group abided by the no close range from the start, the other group never reguarded or respected the no close range or if a person had their arms up they continued too shoot.
After 3 rounds the other group were fed, i didnt order food but we should not have been made to wait for the others too eat (this should have been at the end). Round 5 people were getting hurt (i know its paintballing) but the marshalls had this brought to their attension and no one was paying any attention, marshalles did not pull anyone up on no firing when arms in the air or close range. Thoughly disapointing experience.
Only 1 marshall to 20 people. This marshall either needs more control of more marshalls in the firing area, so atleast someone watching from a viewing area.

Brilliant from start to finish. The whole booking process was easy, orientation was very thorough, safety was very clear on wat 2 do and not 2 do. Great day!!! Thanks lads.

Not attended our booking yet but my son has been before and LOVED it. Super friendly, helpful booking service.

Andrew has provided fantastic service to help us book an afternoon of paintball. Very responsive, has suggested some great ideas to maximise the experience and has even arranged for us to have a session when the park is normally closed!

The guys were brilliant , very informative , professional but fun also.
