Maybe, someone here will read it, care, and take action: you get emails sent that go to their page but you can't open anything, nor create an account: "403 forbidden", probably an authorisation problem. However, I talked to two admin staff who first blamed me. I said I tried it on every browser: Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge. Then I was referred to the mortgage advisor(!) who, surprise, does not happen to be their IT specialist, both rolled into one. So, nothing he sent before or after, I can read. Plus, they keep reminding you email several times a day to read the advisor's documents and sign up / create an account.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. An agent named Dinah initially spoke with us and promised to call back after reviewing some details, but she never followed through. After several days of waiting, we reached out again, only for her to claim that we had never provided the necessary information—despite our clear communication.

As first-time homebuyers, we relied on her guidance, but she repeatedly failed to deliver. She created a group chat where we could send listings of homes we were interested in, assuring us that she would review them and negotiate with sellers on our behalf. However, she never responded to our messages, completely ignoring our inquiries.When we pressed for updates, her responses were rude and dismissive, wasting valuable time that could have been spent finding the right home.So we had no choice but to exit the group.
If you value your time and a smooth home-buying experience, avoid this agency at all costs.

The advisor I spoke with did not seem to be willing to assist with my request and any way. He was sic of my needs and seemed and willing to do any work to find a solution.
