Incorrect documents sent

Incorrect documents sent. Documents came much later than specified. Was not clear they are a third party who charge more than the actual land registry.
I've contacted twice via email to rectify, but no response from them.

Needed help

I needed to know quite a few things regarding a property I have bought and couldn't get the proper answers . Land registry were extremely helpful, very kind and understanding and made me feel as though I can get in touch with them again if needed. Excellent service

AVOID !! Not official HM Land Registry

AVOID !!
Totally misleading. Pretending to be official HM Land Registry. Charged £60+ for documents that would have cost less than half that amount from .gov.uk site.
Lesson learned.
Avoid.
