I ordered a branch/grass/hedge and brush cutter, as advertised. I received a flimsy 12 volt strimmer which in no way resembles the item I ordered and paid for. I requested that this should be replaced by the one I paid for. I was only offered a partial refund. I checked the price of the item I received, which would have been £21.00. I have since asked for the difference in underpayment but have been ignored. Going by other reviews this is a common practice of miselling and dishonest conduct.It is apparent this method of deceitful trading is premeditated. I FULLY RECOMMEND, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Wanted answers to basic simple QUESTIONS (AS A TEST BEFORE ORDER) So it offers CHAT balloon, then it shows Phone icon, then goes to WhatsApp, No phone number, No LIVE Chat, NO PROPER ANSWERS.
No where can I see to whom the order monies would disapper to., no designations. In fact to say and offer lifetime warranty would leave any company broke. SO NO NO to buy.
This website kept appearing in YOUTUBE. Adverts..I wander if they are aware.

I cancelled this item, grass cutter, the next day. I got confirmation of the cancellation. The link that they sent me was not a refund link. Its says my order number can not be found.

14 days later, I recieved then grass cutter. No documentation or refund instructions in the parcel.
The grass cutter is not fit for purpose. Its cheap from China not USA as it implies in the promotion video.
The half- care is terrible. No contact info or address to be able to return the item.

I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FIRM THEM AGAIN.

This company are selling a lithium hand held grass cutter,advertising on YouTube. The article received is a load of cheap plastic tat. Does not resemble the article shown, has poor assembly instructions and no information to return it. Fraudulent.
