They have been absolutely amazing especially Steve he was true to his word and stuck to the price he offered me on his first visit. I am a single mum and I was extremely nervous as to how this would affect my family, but Jon and the team couldn’t have been more caring and understanding. I can't recommend UKhomebuyers Ltd enough. I was put in touch with them by friends who had been unlucky enough to have been in a similar situation to me and had used them recently. My chain had broken near to exchange and I was about to lose my onward purchase. Jon picked up the phone immediately, gave me a price, explained the rationale and got straight onto it. He was calm, reassuring, and honest. As were Lauren and Steve. The whole process was quick and relatively stress free- considering the circumstances. They held their offer throughout. I had heard horror stories about how other companies can keep knocking you down , right up to exchange. They were really helpful, polite and extremely quick to respond. Although I hadn't wanted to sell my property through this route, the circumstances I found myself in meant that this really was the only option to secure onward purchase after a buyer had pulled out.
