Everything arrived perfectly and on time! My girl looked so pretty in their dress!

We used the spirit dresses for our flower girls at the end of February. They were so beautiful and sooo affordable! I would highly recommend

I am writing to express my disappointment with the long delay in sending my parcel.

I bought items on wednesday 24th...
I paid for DHL postage... I specifically chose a particular courier because of their reliability and fast delivery times. By using a different courier, you have not only delayed the delivery of my package but also compromised the quality of service I paid for.
Item reached yodel (not what i paid for) on 29th (5 days)!!! delivered on 02/05 with economy postage... well... LONG!!! on dress itself you can feel chinese quality... but looks beautiful

a) I Paid for DHL - should be DHL.
b) Emails sent on 26th at 15:10 (asking why it is still not sent - very polite email)
and another on 29th at 11:13 - complaining that still not with courier... no reply! my first reply is here!
Please do not lie in this reply to my review! I will make complain to TSO about your unfair practicies and policies.
And yes, your T&C state you can change it, but you can not change it if somebody specifically paid for some service and you change it.

I was very disappointed with my experience. If you're considering buying from them, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Such a great experience, ordered my daughters dress for our wedding some time in advance and needed a smaller size, so seller accommodated this with no questions asked. Very helpful indeed!

I ordered 7 dresses in the enchanted angel🪽(yes I said 7 😂) and I could not be happier! These dresses have given me the ultimate fairytale vibe I was after; even making my little gremlins into fairies 🧚‍♀️ (love them unconditionally but they are gremlins ) every single dress is perfect and I am so grateful I have these to start our happily ever after !

The material and embroidery are stunning they are light weight and comfortable and also very durable (which is very important for my girls )

I would also like to say how incredible the customer service is , the fact uk flower girl communicate with you about everything and ensure the quality is at the highest standard was something I was beyond impressed by ! The dresses are not over looked in the slightest and they will make sure they are just right before sending them out!

The customer service was first class, I had a few queries that were answered quickly and efficiently. Delivery was then SUPER quick. My daughter’s dresses were absolutely perfect for our day, they really felt like princesses and the quality is amazing!! I had searched for months before I found this store online and I’m so glad I did ❤️

Beautiful dresses, all individual due to embroidery. I have six flower girls and they all wanted something different so ordered one in every colour and they love that they get to feel special in their own colour! True to size, swift delivery. 10/10!

I got my 8 year old daughter a bridesmaid dress from flower girl boutique and what a dress it was! Absolutely stunning! Arrived very fast and the detailing on the dress is gorgeous! My little girl couldn’t wait to wear it. She said it was so comfortable and she had it on for 10 hours! I would highly recommend flower girl boutique!

Wonderful little shop! I ordered 4 dresses and 1 suit for my nephew for my recent wedding. Our children and nieces and nephew all looked amazing! The girls loved twirling in there dresses and my nephew was comfortable enough in his suit he was break dancing on the dance floor! Delivery was super fast for both orders I placed so I was over the moon! Thank you so much I will definitely be returning my girlies love pretty dresses 😊

We ordered during covid so whilst I appreciate this was a stressful time for several it was made even more stressful when we ended up having to make several orders from this company. Eventually we got what was needed and the dresses are lovely however when we ordered tbe seperate tops these were not matching sizes for the age range, had different arm & chest lengths for example and different number of buttons at the back. After several orders and returns we eventually got there but the rudeness experienced from customer service was unacceptable (ordered through Etsy uk). Clearly this has not improved as after leaving a comment on a FB post (hardly a verbal attack as described - they’ve deleted the post btw after posting a screenshot of my previous reviews) they sent me an abusive message accusing me of not being a genuine customer and then blocked me before I could even reply with order numbers. Quite happy to provide screenshots of the rude service we have experienced. Lovely dresses when made correctly otherwise very poor customer service.

Update: Despite the order being made through Etsy it still goes through to the same company plus I have also made orders direct. I wish I could add a photo of the FB messages they sent me showing they attacked me straight away…looking through my profile (I don’t use my real name for security reasons btw) researching my real name and background, commenting on my photos. The behaviour was completely unnecessary and instantly on the attack. Taking a screenshot of past reviews (all valid that pan over 8 years) which are not many btw and all honest so don’t try and attack me with that one and accuse me of some sort of ‘behaviour.’ The response just shows their anger. They blocked me on messenger not even giving me a chance to give my order numbers. I’m more than happy to show the message response showing my message would not go through to them because they had blocked me.

Some of the orders were made direct from the website in 2022. If Trustpilot request the order numbers as evidence and ask for copies of receipts and email/message communication evidencing our experience then I am more than happy to provide them but sadly your response to my review goes to show how poor the customer service remains.

Update: I note the company have now altered their response. Yes we ordered several items to compare styles for our flower girls but I didn’t think that was a crime. As mentioned this was in 2022 not 3 years ago as you have incorrectly stated so you are clearly getting orders confused in your comments. Firstly I strongly dispute accusations of being aggressive and I am certainly not in the habit of making up false reviews. I would hardly describe 6 poor reviews over the course of about 8 years as many. I also strongly dispute your accusations about multiple complaints…wow, you need to get your facts right!! When items arrive like described of course we need to complain. Shame I can’t add screenshots of the messages we received from you on here. My husband and I were nothing but courteous with trying to sort out all the issues incurred with you. If anything you are the aggressive party especially given your conduct following my initial review. This is where as a company you fail … very poor customer services! I’m surprised you tolerate your own behaviour!!

Update: The comments from this company are bordering on hilarious … 170 emails, scamming out of goods, horrific?!! Well that’s come out of thin air! I work full time and barely have time to prioritise one email! Even mixing me up with someone from 2020?!! They keep changing their response (hence the above updates) breached privacy protocols displaying personal details about me (for which Trustpilot agreed & deleted their last response) and are now trying to paint me as an apparent ‘horrific customer’ & a scam reviewer to make their behaviour look better and paint me in a bad light. All lies so shame on you. For info, Trustpilot have verified this review from the evidence I sent them. The company (or more fairly the person who managed their social media) can lie all they like but their behaviour through this whole process only shows how vile and intrusive their behaviour can be. Quite scary how they behave over one bad review. They’re the ones who should be ashamed of themselves! I genuinely hope no one else has the unfortunate experience my husband and I had. My advice to any future customers to this company is to save a copy of all communication with them … you may just need it!
