DO NOT USE THIS SITE

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I didn’t know you could apply through the official government to get a visa so I paid the 97 pounds.

Received an email that my identity photo didn’t meet requirements and had to send a new one before the application could be submitted. In their terms and conditions it states if the application hasn’t been submitted a refund is possible. I have been emailing them repeatedly no answer stating the want to cancel my order and receive a refund. I have received no answer and the money is now withdrawn from my account completely illegally. THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD

Mind you I now have NO ETA even though I STILL HAVE PAYED FOR IT.

ETA Application Support

At first, it looked like a reliable institution when having to ask for an ETA in an emergency. But the moment there was a problem with my photo not meeting the right specifications (a matter of detail), I got no additional help beyond being told of this fact. I ended up going to the UK Gov official app, redid it all myself (including the retaking of the photo thanks to the app), paid an additional 16 pounds on top of the 97 paid to Uketasupport. So at the end of the day, I get the feeling that it is I myself who unblocked the situation and that I might have perhaps done better and been wiser to use the UK Gov official app right away.
