Every think okay surveyor came round spent 2hours then came back as photos some no good then heard no more rang up 7times each time told will ring back never did last time nice lady told me the line managers take no notice and told me wates of time ringing now taking it to my member of parliament as very concerns of all the information i have give-en them they need to be investigated

Poor communication - rude call centre staff.

Lack of transparency in their customer engagement

My advice - do not engage with these charlatans

He was a very nice person and I am so happy with my new boiler. House getting warmer quickly . Don’t need to worry about to turn the heater off the temperature number on the left go lower than actual. it will be off automatics

Absolute Sham of a company - had work done by these cowboys in February - my house since has been damaged and its taken them up last week in JUNEEEEEEEE to come and fix it - i have autism and ADHD and i feel like they played in my face with this one.

they knew how frustrating this would be but yet kept it rolling on and on and on - they shouldn't even be allowed to sell Christmas cards let alone run government schemes. they get what they want and then vanish - or at least try to.

they lie and say they have spoken to you when they havent, they book times in without consulting you - when you do actually book something in they never turn up. and when they do its a half assed job -

with fair warning im taking legal action. so if you was thinking of using them - dont. save yourself the hassle and stress - i wish i did. i asked for a Subject of access request in april and here we are almost 2 months later with nothing but excuses- ive reported them to the ICO and also OFGEM.

Had a full solar system installed a few months ago and the whole process went smoothly.
Changed our router recently which caused the apps to stop working - thankfully Uk Energi were there for us and sorted it all out. Great continuing service. Thanks

Whilst installing cavity wall insulation, the workmen drilled through two single block walls in four places. This resulted in internal damage to wall in our dining room and lounge. Despite contacting them numerous times and making an official complaint, they have informed me that a plasterer can repair the damage in 9 weeks from the initial incident! How can they think this is acceptable? We have family coming to stay and four large holes in our walls. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. They have no customer care service whatsoever and their attitude is absolutely disgusting.

Absolute scumbags! Contacted them 3 months ago. They said someone will be in touch but given no more than a half arsed sentence each time. They said it would be about 8 weeks. Obviously not over 12 weeks in and still nothing. Looking at reporting them as theyre a fraudulent company from everything Ive read online. Hopefully they will get shut down and got to prison where they belong.

Had loft insulation,window ventilation,extractor in bathroom,,,boiler should be installed in a couple of weeks
The guys that do the work turn up when they say they will,,all so polite and friendly

So started out great. Quick process. Emailed all my evidence that they required within 2 days. 3/4 weeks later after hearing nothing, I get another email asking for exactly the same documents I already sent. I told them not to bother. I'm going through my own energy provider! I should have read the reviews!

UKEM surveyor came out to me in July, and received text confirmation from UKEM that they had recieved his report and would contact within 14 working days at the beginning of August. I did not hear from them, so chased through 3 email addresses I had before recieved a follow-up. They needed to book in another site visit for access to the property. This visit did not happen and was rescheduled when I queried it. Again, all walls to the property and all rooms inside were looked at on the site visit, scaffolding was recommended and vents and extractors. Again, I heard nothing from the company and so chased. Dates were then booked in for installation. Scaffolders came on the Friday before the installation was scheduled to begin on Monday, but they had been given the wrong information to what I had been told, and did not have enough boards/poles to complete the job. They said they would be back over the weekend to complete, but came on Monday morning after the installation team were already here. Installation team looked around the property and stated unable to start job due to non-opening windows and a bridged damp course. Therefore job has been cancelled verbally by the installers and they have left, scaffolding has been removed from the property, though I have not been contacted by anyone in the UKEM office. I do not argue with the reasons why the job has been cancelled, but do not understand why this has not been picked up until now, and having to chase constantly for updates/move the project along was frustrating. 5 days later and have still not been contacted by anyone at this company.

At the beginning great, friendly efficient. Received updates. Had made it clear that cavity wall extraction had to take place and they advertise it and confirmed it could be done. Had the survey, I was offered a number of improvements including cavity wall when I questioned the extraction - they stopped communicating and will not be up front and honest as to why they will not complete. Pity as the experience until then was great. Had 2 surveys completed one by them and one by another company and both surveyors said the same thing. So disappointing that they are advertising but not following through.

Would give no stars if I could been waiting for some one to come out and do a survey.
Witch has been approved about 6 months ago.
Typical run company approved by the government jokers.
Probably on the take like them.
Keep saying they are waiting for funding been 6 months soppsoto be 12 weeks past a joke.
Rude staff and useless no help what so ever just tell lies all the time would not use this companie try and find a companie that is not on the take and who actually care about there customers.

Absolutely disgusting

I applied in March, it's now 4 days off October and STILL waiting on a survey!!!
They are refusing to give me any management numbers to escalate.
