Cowboys.
They do what they need to do to be paid. They trash your house. Leave you with a mess that will cost you thousands to repair and if you complain you will be threatened abused and intimidated.

Not trustmark certified for insulation.
Doesn’t keep to dates agreed to start/continue work. The workmen broke furniture and didn’t pay for it. Does a shoddy job, does not size up fixtures properly and uses poor quality material and will not remedy it.

The company management are rude, unprofessional and lack appropriate skills to run any kind of organisation.

Do not use under any circumstances unless you enjoy being left with shoddy work.

Louis, Jake, and Davey from Nexgen were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their work ethic was second to none — grafting hard every day, staying late when needed, and never cutting corners.

Right from the beginning, they walked me through exactly what they were going to do. Their communication was clear, respectful, and consistent throughout — I was kept well-informed at every stage, which gave me real confidence in the job being done.

Their attention to detail was spot-on. Every part of the job was done to a very high standard, and they took real pride in getting everything right — no shortcuts, no rushing. They even made sure my dogs were safe, calm, and comfortable while the work was going on — which says a lot about the kind of people they are.

I trusted them completely — even leaving them with my keys while I attended meetings. They locked up for me and even posted the keys back through the door. And to top it off, they cleaned everything up afterwards, hoovering the house from top to bottom. You’d barely know work had been done, it was left so tidy.

These lads are a true credit to Nexgen — hardworking, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely kind people. Can’t recommend them enough!

Totally scammer

I'd give zero absolute scammers do not buy from them bought seized evidence bags I got 99p sunglasses pair of old lady slip on shoes plastic cheap toy face mask broken pad bout 10 Yr old an a slow cooker that don't work for 99 quid all bags are not even sealed as it says wouldn't give them any recommendations so I guess the other things they offer is crap too AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID may as well throw money down drain an prob get better luck in a charity shop

Paid £99.99 for 5 "police evidence bags"
Firstly the bags weren't sealed and looked new, so it looked like the just put a few bits of random crap in.
If these things were police evidence I can't imagine what the crimes were.
Here is a breakdown of what I got:
A lego star wars trash compactor set. (Not new and sealed but taped up)
An old Temu version of a go pro, all the components loose, even had micro USB connection.
An old Sony Ericsson Xperia phone pretty beaten up and probably about 20 years old accompanied by a pair of slightly scratched foster grant sunglasses
An iPhone 4S, dead with now power cable.
A pair of boxed, beige, simply be women's shoes in a size 9.
I don't think this evidence seized in the Hatton Garden or Brinks Mat heists.
Complete bunch of garbage.

Ecostock solutions ,selling Undelivered items which just happens to be pure shite .junk worth about a fiver they charge a premium ,they should be shut down it’s a scam .dont touch these cowboys with a bargepole keep hold of your money .

Appalling experience all around. Hurried, bodged. Left a terrible mess and caused a lot of damage and I'm still trying to get it sorted out, nearly a year later.

Highly recommend! Lovley bunch of lads. Adam and his team Come and did exactly what was said. Cleaned up after themselves. Was great communication made sure we was still able to use the house with having my baby at home they worked around us amazingly.

Don’t buy this shit guys. They opened all the boxes, and some they retaped. They make sure that you guys get the low value items while they keep the rest for themselves.

What can I say, James, keiron, doing my loft insulation (a lot bigger job than was first thought). Adam and the gang for the inside wall insulation, plastering is perfect, plumber, electrician and apprentice, last but not least Wojtek, the fantastic joiner par excellence, nothing is too much trouble for them all, they go out of their way to do the best job you could ever hope for. Over the moon with the work.Thanks fellas

Recently had insulation put in throughout the house, everyone who came out was very professional and have done a brilliant job.

This company put a foot through my ceiling while working in my loft and left without letting me know what had happened. I noticed a crack in the ceiling that wasn't there beforehand.
Woke up one morning to find a large hole where the ceiling fell down, since then I have had great difficulty getting them to repair my ceiling to the way it was. Their work is shabby and messy. Several times I've had to call them back to rectify their faulty work, the plumber replaced my radiator in front of the electric socket, they didn't put the air vent on the windows after insulating
the rooms, I had to argue with them to put up back my curtains and that's just some of the things. I've tried many many times to speak to the Manager but had no success.
Their most popular ones is making appointments, have you waiting in all day and not turning up with not even a phone call to say they can't make it. Also making promises to finish their unfinished work and not turning up. My ceiling is still unfinished. I am so frustrated with the workers from this company, they are cowboys, they are not professional in their line of work, don't trust them, I would Never recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid! Work was so shoddy. Especially the carpentry. The doors they put back on have fallen off!! Doors dont even close!! Didnt put underlay back in. Didnt put curtains back up. There are big holes in my ceilings. They didnt put vents for fans so all the steam is going into the roof! Stair rail fell off!! I contacted them for 3 months but nothing was done. Absolute waste of time. Save yourselves the stress and use another company. They have been awful from day 1. Even had to clean there mess every day they were here. Big mistake using these cowboys.

I was over the moon with the workmanship of the crew that worked on my new Windows. They could not have been better. I am disabled and they moved everything for me and cleaned it all up afterwards.

Wayne and Adam were friendly and put us at our ease. They got on with the job with amazing speed, without making any more mess than inevitable. They also cleaned up afterwards very efficiently. We look forward to lower energy use this winter. I'd just like to add that we're already noticing a significant reduction in annoying draughts that prompt us to turn up the heating! Bravo!

I now have a beautiful drive, patio and frontage to my home. Completed in a professional yet friendly manner by Phil and Jim of Eco Solutions based in Derbyshire, who I would highly recommend.

Nobody in their right mind wants workmen in their house but given that I am sane I have to say that my experience with UK Eco Solutions has changed my mind. From the initial caller (Josh) through the Surveyor (Harry) and the three remarkable lads (whose names I do not man know) and the Central heating fixers I have been impressed. The three lads who did the conversion work have skills of carpentry, carpet fitting, electricians and above all carpenters and builders. They not only worked ceaselessly but also were every kind and understanding to a very old man. Well done.
