We have recently starting UK Doors Online for some of our projects and the service and product quality we have received has been excellent. A special thank you to Dene and also Celia who managed to sort us out an urgent delivery super quickly and saved the day for us! I would have no issues in recommending this company and we have been very impressed and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

We scheduled labour and accommodation based on a written delivery confirmation from this supplier specifying 23/02/2026, along with instructions that assistance would be required on site to unload.

On the day of delivery, we were informed that the date had been entered incorrectly due to an internal input error, meaning no delivery had ever been scheduled for that day.

This left a full installation team on site with no materials and resulted in over £1,000 in wasted labour and accommodation costs.

The internal error was acknowledged, however the only resolution offered was a small credit against a future order which did not reflect the financial impact.

Contractors relying on confirmed delivery dates and unloading instructions should plan accordingly.

Misleading website, no customer service, supply of wrong products, and to top it off 3 months delayed!
Any other business would try and sort issues but this one has no intentions of supplying quality products in a timely manner.

If you want speedy delivery and customer service then this business is NOT for you.

A useless reply from UK Doors. The fact is, they manufacture the wrong products and never put it right! Whoever the customer..

Avoid at all cost, unless you want door that leak and poor workmanship.
Then to top it off worse customer service.

I paid an installer money to fit these on my man hut. After rain there was a lot of water ingress inside on new floor installed.

When spoke to customer services Celia, I was told they would send some out. They had lack of regard they have supplied a sub par door which doesn’t function. They says they will supply gasket so it’s up to me to fit. Should be renamed build a door uk.

Also ordered a remotes about 3 months ago not arrived. Also they held on to the order due to vat I didn’t pay, which they didn’t tell me or ask me to pay. I paid with no issues after them contacting me.

Useless go else where.

Update from your response, I understand that you are supply online. Then supply functioning and working doors, that have obviously not been tested or inspected.

New doors should have been supplied then, not rubber gasket for me then to pay someone to install.

Logic is wild in my eyes, never came across this before.

No compensation or anything to resolve situ.

Megan was very helpful answering all my questions and any concerns I had, she was patient and professional ensuring that I was 100% happy before confirming the order.
The quality of the doors are great, I am very happy with the price and the quality.
I would 100% recommend and use again.

Excellent customer service. Needed to place an order and Celia was amazing, very quick replies and really helpful.

Really happy with our door. Looks great and the installer remarked that it is very well made. Minor issue with marks on the glass but when I contacted them, the UK Doors customer team immediately arranged for replacement glass to be sent out which arrived in a couple of days. Thanks to Megan for sorting our original order and Celia for arranged for the new glass.

I recently ordered from UK Doors Online and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The products themselves are great quality and surprisingly easy to fit, which made the whole process straightforward.
