Item delivered on time. Only the small drill bit was missing and sketches on the installation notes could be better. Otherwise very good.

The web site was difficult to get through to the company , the web chat did not work . Once I did manage to make contact the product was dispatched very quickly . The canopies are good for the money but you will need two people and a good supply of tools . If you are not really competent I would suggest you find someone to fit it for you. The instructions are not the best and you need to work around some problems with the fit .

Great product, excellent quality and great value for money. Order arrived on time and instructions for installation very good. Very pleased with product.

Took almost 4 hours to put up as instructions were not great and the screws given were not the right fixtures had to use my handyman’s spare ones.

Getting the measurement is tricky and if you get it slightly a little way off (even though measured correctly) the Lego parts won’t be a perfect fit which happened to me.

Aesthetically it looks nice.

I emailed company to say that the holes didn't line up and that there were screws missing never heard back. Luckily the person fitting it for me managed to sort these issues out. The canopy looks great just a shame about the after service and faults .

After browsing your range, I ordered the canopy I wanted on a Wednesday, the process of ordering was straight forward. The canopy was delivered on the Friday. It was well packaged in a sturdy box, and all parts accounted for. Really good service. Prompt acknowledgements, info about delivery quickly sent. Even the delivery person was helpful, and pleasant. Altogether great service.
UPDATE. . . It was a while before my guy could come to put the canopy up, but when he arrived it only took him 3 hours, was straightforward and looks really good 5* UK Canopies!

Ordered an Althorp canopy. Wasn't expecting brilliant quality due to the price as competition charging much more for comparable items. I was, however pleasantly surprised! The canopy arrived within a couple of days. I set about installing on Saturday and although i had a few head scratching moments and wrestled with a few parts, it was mainly down to me not reading the instructions properly! I managed to fully build and install in 4 hours and can say i am well impressed with the look and fit of the canopy. When leaving negative reviews, people should be mindful of the relative cost of other companies units.

Good instructions fairly easy to follow and assemble.
Has become an attractive feature to the doorway.
