I’m very pleased with your product , it’s been installed and looks great but ,, Screw coverings we’re not sent ,,I’ve telephoned twice to report this a hopefully you send them out but I have had no reply to my phone calls or messages left

UK canopies went the extra mile +++++ when I had an issue. The issue was NOT UK canopies fault or related to the product but the work of a handyman I had booked. They listened to me, helped me and ensured I could get the porch fitted properly. They also checked in with me a week later to ensure I was OK. Exceptional customer service. British company and product. Great value for money and the porch will be perfect as an addition to my house

Good quality product but some fixings missing and nobody replied to my message asking for replacements

Purchased two canopies both Cransley door canopies first one in November 2023 second one January 2024
Both fitted to their instructions, unfortunately the roof tiles are bowed on both canopies. Trying to get hold of the company is impossible I have rang several times and I’ve used the online contact form also left messages and no one has phoned me back! Not good at all!!!!!
So aftersales is appalling !!!!!!!!!

Prompt delivery. Canopy arrived a day earlier than expected.
Quite easy to assemble the canopy. I have yet to fix it to the wall. The canopy sags a bit in the middle, but I'm hoping the top bolts will sort that out. Overall, the service was good, and the canopy looks very smart.

First was bag of 30mm bolts were missing went to screwfix to purchase bolts at a cost of £9 second pre drilled holes did not line up had to helongate the holes to get bolts to fit third the white pins did not line up so had to re drill them

Arrived on time, everything included as described and easy to follow instructions. If I did another one I'd probably assemble it slightly differently. Overall very please and finished product looks lovely.

Canopy was very well made and easy to follow instructions and put together. Pre drilled hole were just in the right place and the whole thing is very well made and substantial. Complete set of screws, tools etc included. Only thing was that the finial shown with this model on your website was not included. I did send an email to company about this but received no response. Thought I would wait until we had put the canopy up to see whether I wanted the finial and decided I was happy without it

Great product, was able to fit it on my own. Would definitely recommend. Looks fantastic.

One of the ridge tile was wrong, they were the same and some bolts missing.

Canopy looks good and sturdy downside complicated to assemble took 2 of us over 4 hrs, 2 pcs used where a longer piece would have been easier but satisfied with product

Sent wrong bits twice and received right one third time

There were parts missing {brown caps,3mm dril,washers}trip to local diy, some of pre drill holes did not match up. when it was up looked very nice took 6 hours for 2 of us to put up

Unfortunately bolts were missing from the kit along with a
roof brace but dealt with very quickly by the Company.

Purchasing the canopy was simple. Delivered on time. Assemble and fitting simple as all canopy tools provided. Just need drill, drill bits and a screwdriver. Looks good.
