Outstanding service and outstanding product from uk canopies. I’m over the moon with mine. It most definitely added more kerb appeal. Highly recommended.

BUYER BEWARE! Shipped a sub standard and outright faulty canopy and when I had a video conversation with the MD (Elliot), he was apologetic and later informed me he had shipped another replacement which he claimed had been pre-built and guaranteed it would be perfect! He also stated compensation on top of a full refund would be granted once I was happy! Hahahahahahaha ! The second unit shipped, was also sub standard and faulty and he admitted on a further video call with my and my installers that he hadn’t pre-built it and the unit was indeed totally useless …one hour later I received a WhatsApp message stating the entire warehouse stock was subject to the same issue and asked if my installers would redrill the pre drilled holes make it ‘align’! Obviously I was not going to take this option as would have removed any redress! He then text to state a full refund would be issued and to go and buy elsewhere! The offer of compensation was withdrawn and I was told to have my lawyers contact with anything further!
This company is absolutely, totally and completely one to avoid. I have all the evidence on WhatsApp messages and an upheld case with my credit card company who are considering its association with this company given my evidence provided! AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT RUBBISH RIDICULOUSLY COMPLEX SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT AND CONTINUOUS WHATSAPP DUPLICITY,! The MD should be ashamed of how he runs this cowboy ranch! If there were minus stars on Trustpilot, I would grant the maximum and multiply it by infinity ! AVOID AVOID AVOID AND IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO IGNORE THIS REVIEW; DO NOT TRUST A WORD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED….

You state you offered free collection of your sub standard product which indicates a benefit! I would never have paid.
You told me to have my builders back for a second day to build the replacement canopy. I explained that I would have to pay them and you assured me you would cover my costs by way of compensation! I have witnesses to the fact! You assured the 3 of us that you had built and checked the second unit before you shipped it which you admitted you hadn’t when my builders showed you the exact same fault on the second item! Duplicity everywhere on your part and I am out of pocket by £480 and a whole lot of time .
You go on about being a proud uk business but you run it like a child’s fisher price kitchen set!

Really Quick delivery and for what it is it’s a good product.hung solidly on the wall

Only thing I changed was the wall plugs to use fisher ones as they’re far superior to the ones it’s came with.

Poor quality material, plastic all discoloured, dissatisfied with product and returns process.

Really pleased with outcome, however I was missing some washers from the box so had to go out and buy some.

Delivery was very fast and the canopy was £28 cheaper ordering direct from UK Canopies rather than through Amazon, but still with free shipping. My handyman installed it yesterday and it wasn't difficult at all. It's made such a difference to the front of the house compared to the old flat roof porch.

The canopies arrived promptly and well packed.
However there were some parts missing and one part was damaged.I also found the instructions not easy to follow, ( was it me, or them !! }
This was soon rectified by the office manager Kate, who sent the parts required so they arrived the following day.
Kate was very quick to answer some questions I had, and was very helpful, giving a very good service.

I ordered one of the canopies online after visiting the website as they looked very good and easy to fix in position for a home diy'er.

The order arrived briskly, before I was ready to install so I took the opportunity to have a mock up in the sitting room. It paid dividends as it confirmed all the parts were present and subsequently made actual installation a doddle. I just needed an extra pair of hands to affix the first rear triangle, as usual my wife lent a hand. 40 years of marriage and she has become an expert in supporting my projects. Having fixed this first piece the rest fell into place and soon the item was fixed in position and looks great.

We are both very pleased with our purchase and both agree it enhances the front door. We did have a local quote from a builder to make one in situ which was several times the actual cost of this so again this was undeniably a bargain purchase.

We would not hesitate in recommending these products from UK Canopies Ltd.

A plastic piece together over door canopy that looks great. As mentioned in other reviews, instructions are a little unhelpful re: the illustrations but overall, it’s not too difficult to put together. We had an issue with our installer (not affiliated to UK Canopies) not correctly fitting the white tiles that belong underneath the canopy but I had good support from them especially as when I submitted the photo of the installed canopy, they pointed out the issue with the tiles that our installer had made the mistake on! Overall I would recommend this over door canopy.

The canopy arrived on time, beautifully boxed. The parts were complete along with the tool kit. The whole thing went together perfectly and all aligned exactly. Every part fitted as it should and the finished canopy looks superb. It must be good, as I’m 75 years old and built it on my own!

Highgate canopy is perfect for our house.
Initially had a bit issue with delivery but MD himself looked into my request promptly and resolved it, much appreciated effort from him.

Item arrived on time and as described. Good easy purchase with no problems

Very flimsy. Pre drilled holes in assembly were missing as per instruction sheet. Roof tile sections, three were warped which meant screwing down and sealing the sections from the top. Looks nice but not as sturdy as I thought. Not worth £300. But it will do.

Parcel delivered ahead of schedule have not had chance to build it yet.

The canopy looks great and adds to the appearance of the house.
It was however, a two man job and took 4-5 hours to get right. The instructions were not easy and there was some backtracking with things the wrong way round etc.
