Zum Glück war der EasyMow 260 B nur ein Geschenk zur Hochzeit! Nach der ersten Saison geht alles in den Müll! Ich kann dieses Objekt nicht ohne große Bauchschmerzen weitergeben.
1.(W): Hindernisse erkennen? Null! Macht alles platt, was nicht eingegrenzt ist!
2.(T): Ladezeiten sind sehr lang. Manche Stellen mäht er ständig, andere eher selten. Dadurch muss er öfter gestartet werden.
3.(F): Die Krönung ist die CloudHawk App-Steuerung. Ich habe nie Updates bekommen - trotz Suche. Seit heute funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr. Das heißt, jegliche Daten (Akkustand, Arbeitsfortschritt, Zeitplan, etc.) sind nicht mehr einseh- oder programmierbar. Ich schalte lieber auf Handsteuerung um, als die App wieder neu zu installieren für den Rest des Jahres.
Kurz um: Das Ding fliegt raus. Sehr schade!

Bought a Yardforce battery mower 11 months ago. The battery will not fully charge and lasts about 15 minutes. Will only charge to 3 lights on the display it wont illiminate the 4th fully charged light no matter how long it is charged for. Initially would cut my lawn twice over, now will only cut about half. (50sq. Mtr lawn).
I have read lots of threads and there are many 2nd hand Yardforce mowers out there all with no battery. This tells the tale. However on contacting the supplier my problem was very quickly resolved with a new battery in shipment. Great support Yardforce, despite my initial reservations.

A product like edging strimmers are useless if you can’t get spare parts. Though Yardforce give the (recorded) voice impression that they are going to fix your problem really quick this is not the case . Just you try and get a spare spool of cutting line for their strimmer . For me after 90 minutes on internet and including another call to Yardforce to be told they are going to solve the problem really quick …I give up .

Tried to order just a battery charger on the website. Put in all the details, went to paypal, then it asked me for all the details again, 4 times.
Made a phone call, (trying to find a phone number on the website was like finding a needle in a haystack) told them the story. After 25 minutes of speaking to a young lady (obviously not trained in customer service) asked me to repeat details, three times, the order was placed. Gave her my card details, didn't go through. Told her there was no reason why it wouldn't, she tried another two times insisting my card number was wrong. No worries, she said, I'll get customer service to call you back immediately. Three hours later, I was still waiting so called them back. Spoke to a young man, who was obviously hard of hearing as I had to repeat my details twice. While I was waiting five minutes for him to 'check something' I looked at the Trustpilot reviews. Saw how diabolical they were, so canceled the order and bought a new hedgetrimmer somewhere else.

If I could have given this thing zero stars, I would have done so.
Getting the battery out for charges is impossible unless you have the hands and the strength of a silver back gorilla. As a female, I stand no chance. Friends who tried, too, found it incredibly hard. Bad design. Not at all user friendly.
Changing blades isn't much easier.
The instructions are a joke. I'd certainly not buy that badly designed product again.

J’ai acheté une tondeuse yardforce gmh 53 a presque 500€ en 2021. J’ai le support de lame a change, j’ai effectue une demande de sav le 13 juillet 2024. Malgré plusieurs relances aucunes réponses….numéro de Ticket#800117532. Je ne sais pas si c’est du mépris ou juste de l’incompétence mais je vous invite a ne pas prendre cette marque ! Une véritable catastrophe…..

Bought a YardForce mower and strimmer last year that use the same battery. After a year the battery now lasts a grand total of 25 seconds and requires a good 8 hours charge to then cut for 25 seconds again. Initial contact with customer services was positive and they promised to send a new battery. After this didn’t arrive they told me it had been lost in transit and they’d send another one. That also hasn’t arrived and my emails are being ignored. I can see that this is a common thread. These batteries are not fit for purpose. I now have a mower and strimmer that are useless to me and I need to invest in new equipment after just over a year of use. Avoid this company at all costs.

Wir haben uns vor zwei Jahren den Mähroberter MB 800 zugelegt. Das was er leistet ist hervorragend. Wobei ich sagen muss das wir ein schwieriges Grundstück haben mit Steigungen und Bäumen deswegen haben ich noch zusätzlich Spikes montiert! Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und ich kann Ihn nur weiter empfehlen !!!!!

Beim Verbinden mit der App habe ich sehr viele Stunden gebraucht und war letztendlich erfolglos.
Die Mähleistung war auch ohne App einstellbar und zufriedenstellend. Jedoch nach etwas über 3 Monate nach dem Kauf ist durch Regen Wasser ins Innere gekommen, sodass der Mähroboter einen Defekt erlitt.
Aldi hat sich nach der 90 Tage Frist aus der Reklamation rausgehalten und an den Hersteller verwiesen.
Beim Hersteller hat es als Antwort nur ein Ticket gegeben und keine weiteren Reaktionen. Ist jetzt auch schon 8 Wochen her.
Habe mich jetzt noch für den Postweg entschieden. Mal sehen ob die sich dem Sachverhalt stellen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist ein Stern noch zu viel und von Aldi ist es auch eine schwache Leistung keine Hilfestellung zu geben um sich mit 90 Tage aus der Gewährleistung zu ziehen.

My landmower broke down incidentally and reported to CS of Yard Force. I got quick response and I was sent another brand new machine. My experience was unexpectedly great.

So we got in touch. I was told to do this, do that which I did only to be told it’s over a year old so no new battery even though they admitted the batch of batteries were faulty- judging by the comments on this site, they ALL seem to be faulty . So the moral of this tale is unless you just want to pay a couple of hundred quid for a lawnmower for one year don’t bother with this poorly designed piece of junk. In the bin it goes and it’s where it belongs. Shame I can’t put the whole shoddy company in there with it but hopefully they’ll get their comeuppance. By the way I replaced the junk with a Webb and its chalk and cheese, real quality and some power too, impressive. Just don’t bother with Yardforce. Awful product, awful service, awful company. AVOID ! 👎🏻
So they’ve come back with another reply stating the same thing as last time. Been down this road with them before with absolutely no progress but it makes a shoddy company look like they’re trying but they refused to help last time so why bother?

Zwei baugleiche YardForce NX60i beim Aldi Online Shop gekauft. Einer funktioniert nicht mehr, Aldi verweist an den Hersteller. Dieser benötigt 6-8 Wochen, um eine Rückmeldung abzugeben, was mit dem Gerät nicht in Ordnung ist. Wie lange die Reparatur im Anschluß benötigt - unbekannt. Die Saison wird vorbei sein, bis ich den Mäher wieder einsetzen kann. Das werden meine letzten Käufe bei yard Force und Aldi online gewesen sein.

Really pleased with it easy to mow and use battery easy to install was sceptical about the battery after seeing some reviews but I haven’t had.any problems used it for approx 25mins and still on full power

Just over a year’s ownership of a Yardforce cordless mower and the GR 40 battery life has seeped away so that it is now virtually useless with less than 30 seconds use. There is NOWHERE you can buy a replacement. Yardforce don’t stock them and no shops in the UK do either. Reading these reviews it is clear the batteries are all faulty hence why there is no longer any for sale.
UPDATE: Yard Force reached out after I wrote this review and replaced my battery quickly and with no fuss. Bravo! It would have been helpful had they responded to my earlier queries but nevertheless they sorted this out.

I've just brought a hedge trimmer I honestly don't know how I managed without one before, it's brilliant, easy to use and with the other attachment Im able to use on the grass edges . Good quality too .

I recently purchased an easy mow 260. This is a great little mower especially for the price it does a fantastic job just a shame it doesn’t cut closer to the edge I followed the instructions for installing the wire 30 cm from the boundary but it just doesn’t get close enough. Apart from the above, this is a fantastic mower Customer service team were really good Assisted me straightaway when having difficulty connecting the mower. I would highly recommend the company and also the product.

Poorly designed electric tools. Cheap plastic parts.
Batteries don’t last any time in use.
Batteries fail after around 20 -40 charge cycles.
Why design and seek tools which disappoint customers and end up in land fill within a year ?
Yardforce you are a disgrace and should be prosecuted by the trading standards for selling faulty products and misleading consumers: do not buy.

UPDATE -
The court claim was upheld. I have now received a full refund from Yardforce.
Not my first review. I am writing to ask viewers to IGNORE the reply from Yardforce.
Their response is a lie. The matter is absolutely not resolved. Two faulty machines , both now collected by Yardforce, with a full refund offered.
Not paid.
Yardforce now arguing about proof of purchase.
I have issued a claim in Small Claims Court.

I bought an electric lawnmower via a shopping channel. I couldn't get the handle on the grass collector,but after contacting customer services they helped out by sending a new grass collector . I can't fault customer services as they were quick and very helpful. I have a small area of lawn and this is perfect and it was a very clean cut. A little heavy for me but still manageable. Folds up nice to store in my shed. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you
