Product not as described and company never replies to my e-mails.
Yesterday I bought complete protection by Wifi Protector and Privacy protection does not activate in paid version (in free version it was ok).
Also even chosing US VPN I do not get access to certain websites with information that 'current video is not available for may geographic region'.
I have sent 4 e-mails asking for help and cancellation (and full refund) but did not get any reply from the company.
I am very upset and disappointed.
I hope I get an answer after this review.

I'm not happy with WiFiProtector and have removed it from my PC.
I thought that I had researched the products available to enhance wifi security adequately and purchased your product. I found it conflicted with my current protection, Comodo Internet Security Complete 8. For that reason I had to remove WiFi Protector and have installed Comodo wifi trust. This does not conflict with my PC's current apps.
I was quiet surprised with the swiftness of WiFi Protector's reply. Maybe the problem was that I did not research the product enough. I understand that running 2 antivirus can cause conflicts and took the precaution of turning off Comodos anti virus. To be fair I should advise that this is a new PC and I have experienced problems several problems to date with other software which I have run on previous machines without problems. I have used Comodo products for quiet a long time and will stay with them. If available I would appreciate a refund as I do not intend to persevere with WiFi Protector. Thank you Peter Lang.

I see that you have the version of Wifi Protector that includes a real-time Anti-virus.
The problem you experienced was caused by running two Anti-virus programs at the same time: the Anti-virus included with Wifi Protector and the Anti-virus included with your previously installed security suite. We advise against this during the installation of Wifi Protector but perhaps we should have made this clearer. You should disable one of the Anti-virus programs and Wifi Protector will work as expected.
Please let us know if this has fixed your problem or, since you have bought a replacement product, if you would prefer a refund. We would also appreciate it if you could take the time to revise your review if this fixes your problem.

Un an sans soucis

doesn't work
sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. i give up spending my time on it.
is not possible to see if it really applies another ip, you have to find out.
menu is not logical there are no switch on and off buttons
software is limited to only pc not to ipad

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on TrustPilot. I can see that you are having some problems using WiFi Protector and I would like to offer some help.
1. I see that you have had some problems with WiFi Protector not working all the time. WiFi Protector has many features and it would be helpful if you could provide more information regarding the problems you have experienced. I have emailed you privately asking for more information.
2. When you start VPN protection we briefly show a popup window that tells you the old and new IP address. Also, the main window shows the Country that you are connected to using the VPN protection.
However, I can see that it could be helpful for some users to see the actual IP address. I will put that forward as a suggestion for the next update to WiFi Protector.
3. There are 2 ays to start and stop VPN protection. One is via the main program interface {Start VPN Protection button} and the other is via the context menu in the toolbar icon. You can also close the program from this menu.
I will also mention that this is not clear to all users as a suggestion for future releases of WiFi Protector.
4. There is no iOS version of WiFi Protector yet.

the only thing is that it`s a little slow to load..and there`s no troubleshooting tools that come with it in case the launcher doesn`t launch, such as in my case..and just realized they`re using 'cookies' also on this review page..

Our VPN service should not be disconnecting. Wifi Protector is designed to be stable and reliable and automatically connect to the best server available. In the rare event that there is a problem it automatically reconnects to a different server with only a few seconds of downtime.
We have experienced support people who would like to help understand why you are having these connection problems and find a solution for you. Normally I would contact you directly (not via Trustpilot) but I can't find your details in our system using the information provided here.

Not stable
since I bought wifi protector i have to reinstall it three times. I wrote you an aid and nobody answered. Wifi protector has trouble to take care of the virus.

The activation code doesn't work so i haven't used your product. I requested help and got no reply. I have since asked for a refund and still no reply. Just give me my money back.

Very satisfied!!
Before using wifiprotector I used another, similar, program, but that was very anoying because things worked very slow.
With wifiprotector I can work very fast. I think that is because of their fast servers.
So I am very satisfied !!

Good working but missing mobile app
I was using during my travels and enjoying keeping local ip. Anyway I'd like it more if I could share my license also on iPad.

IT WORKS WELL
I'm sorry for the last review I wrote on Wifi protector, now it works well after giving permission for Marek to make the remote desktop to my pc and I think it is a date mode change.

Thank you for taking the time to review Wifi Protector.
I see that you tried re-installing and it still didn't remember the Activation Code. We have had no other report of this problem but wonder if perhaps your existing Antivirus was conflicting with the Wifi Protector Antivirus (it is recommended that only one real-time Antivirus product be running at one time).
We are happy to refund you in full if you wish but wonder if you could try installing Wifi Protector again but this time choose NOT to install the Antivirus. That way you can still benefit from the Wi-Fi Protection and VPN service but keep your installed Antivirus. Assuming this works well then you can, later, try disabling your installed Antivirus and enabling Wifi Protector Antivirus.
We would encourage you to use our Antivirus because in a recent independent comparison we came 5th and Kaspersky, AVG, Avast and many others failed to make the top 20.

it works fine in eu countries but when you except some Cookies from sites it seems that the geografic Location is not working any more for example Dutch News site RTLZ.nl and NPO.nl stopt working afther Validation of Cookies. It does not work in China. But works in Rusia. Overal it is a cheap and good working program!

Your problem with the news websites is most likely because you have a cookie from a previous visit when Wifi Protector protection was not enabled. Please delete your cookies and then revisit the sites with Wifi Protector protection turned on and try again.
Go to 'Settings' or 'Options' in your browser to delete cookies.

I've found since installing the program, my computer has a tendency to freeze while searching the Web, but if I disconnect the program the Internet is fine, also when i use u torrent the programme turns itself off until i close u torrent, so sadly i am a touch frustrated with wifi protector.

feeling secure
I really like you all services. It helps me feel confident that my privacy is being protected. I love how I could adjust locations and turn it on and off whenever I like.
