Hardware is great and looks goood. App/software is its failing. Apparently, according to GROK, the UI issues are well known by the company but they are failing to resolve. Shame really
YUKA mini 600, now working well!
Purchased a YUKA mini 600 to do a relatively small bit of lawn (250 sqm) in the front of my house. Fairly easy to set up (allow a couple of hours) and I decided to manually set up the map / boundaries - the auto mapping works okay but the manual mapping gets closer to the edges. Mower worked very well for a month or so and then I started getting multiple error messages (‘machine paused’ ‘robot suspended’ ‘front wheels lifted’). This got worse and worse until it errored about every 10-15 minutes!
Hugely frustrated I contacted the Mammotion helpline and tbf they were extremely helpful. They suggested that the front wheels and axles needed a minor service (WD40 spray and clean with the brush). Far from convinced I nonetheless performed the service (15 minutes) and to my delight the mower has been flawless ever since!
So the upshot is that the mower is excellent and much cheaper than most alternatives (I also have a much larger Husqvarna, which does the main part of my 5 acre garden, but can’t reach this front bit). Build quality is extremely good but obviously those front wheels need a monthly clean and WD40 spray - which is now diarised!
Excellent service and after sales support
Mommotion are really helpful and after sales service is amazing - even available on a Sunday. The response is instantaneous, I am not just saying this, in this day and age they deserve 5 stars.

Dealing with the customer service of Mammotion makes you ponder one question. If they can do it, why can’t everyone else? Every communication and every action felt like somebody was dealing with me on a personal level. Like they really wanted me to be happy. Well, if that was the goal, they achieved it in bucketloads.
I guess I should mention the Luba which I’m blown away by. It works as well as it looks: fabulously!
False information in advertising and manual.
I purchased a yukka mini 2 800 which was suppossed to have edgecutting adjustment to allow it to cut over pation edges and closer to walls and fences. When I received my machine I could not find this functionality. Mammotion have admitted they have removed it.
I am now going to reject the machine.

After hours of installation trying both automatic and manual maps and using all sorts of different connections, we have given up and it is sitting there like the worthless pile of junk that it is. It has never once completed a mowing cycle and always either stops mid cycle, goes off the lawn, and is completely unable to return to it's charging station.
Avoid like the plague.

I ordered the Navimow i2 LiDAR Robot Lawn Mower, and I only receive the Garage M, keep asking when will the main Robot to be delivered, but no response at all. Talk to the instant chat and it is only a Robot. Then left and no one reply.

I finally got. He identified the part that I needed to replace on my Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 5000 x. He also clarified that I could replace this part myself without sending off for repair and without impacting the warranty. I was surprised with how easy it was once Vance V became involved.
Mammotion support do help.
I contacted the customer support and was helped immediately by Chamude who solved my problem. I have always been very pleased with the support including having a motor on my Luba replaced under warranty.
The product is great
The product is great, customer service even better.
I've had my Luba 2 AWD for 4 months, it's been flawless, works so well. Just leave it do do it's thing and my lawns look like Wimbledon.

I am really impressed with the Customer Service. I had a slight issue when I ordered my Luba 3 AWD and they responded very quickly to resolve my issue. My mower arrived much quicker than I expected and it works great. I could not be happier.

Just awful
Just awful, Luba 2 AWD mower worked briefly, then starting having problems. Mammotion have spent 3 months+ sending me repetitive requests to try things. The problem is you deal with a different person every time, and end up doing the same thing again and again, with no resolution offerwed. Avoid like the plague.
Great human support
Only knocked a point off due to the chat bot as they are in my experience useless! However the same can't be said about the actual staff who are very efficient and timely. Always good to know there are good people in support would certainly help me to decide to use mammotion again should I need to purchase another mower.

They have been extremely helpful allowing me to change from a Yuka mower which I had paid for, to a Luba mower as I had decided that the Yuka mower would not cope with the slopes on my lawns.
