I recently booked a full body MRI scan with GetScanned. All through the process has been smooth and professional. The booking was easy. The 2 gentleman Ken and Cyril who took the MRI were amazing. I felt safe and comfortable in their capable hands. My mobility is not brilliant and they were so patient. My follow up with the GP Dr Shivali Patel who explained the results was friendly and professional; everything was explained in a way I could understand. I would strongly recommend GetScanned to anyone looking to get tests done privately.

I found this company online while searching for a quick MRI scan for my spine due to a previous spinal fusion six years ago and some new, very worrying pain.

The online booking process was quick and straightforward, and with the excellent support of Yatharth I managed to book the scan for Saturday in less than a week. They truly went above and beyond — the team was kind, empathetic, prompt, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was the genuine human touch and understanding I received, which made a huge difference during a time of worry and distress.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Simple and easy to book, at a time and place convenient to yourself. The staff talk you through every stage, and keep you comfortable and relaxed. The results were back quickly, and explained thoroughly. They found a few unexpected things with myself, that need exploring further. I felt like nothing was too much trouble. 100% would recommend.

From start to finish was a very good experience. I booked and got my time slot a week later. communication was excellent both with the Vitalscan centre in Milton Keynes and Get scanned (Arjun). the follow up with the get scanned Dr was prompt and very helpful.

Very easy to book. Great comunication from them. The whole process was so easy. Staff veey helpfull. Cost was the cheapest around. Will definalty be using agaim if i need mri scan again.

I thought the end to end process and quality of the experience was excellent.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because at the time I booked and paid I was able to pick a specific day for the scan. This ability to choose and book a scan in the near future was part of my decision to choose GetScanned. However only after the GP chat did I discover that my appointment was going to be quite significantly later. I suggest you remove the calendar option or make it clearer that the date you pick may not be possible. That aspect was very misleading. I can’t fault the quality of the scan but I think it’s important to mention the calendar aspect.

I paid for a full body scan in the hope as website suggests you can pick your best date. I picked 7th Feb but was allocated 23rd Feb. On 20th the appointment was cancelled by voicemail quoting scanner issues. I was offered another a month later but I’d lost faith in Get Scanned by then and asked for a refund which I have now received plus a sincere apology and the offer of a significant discount on any future scan.

From the moment I booked my scan get scanned were professional and prompt, they were there for me every step of the way to ensure a smooth process and to make sure I understood everything clearly and made sure my mind was at ease. The staff in the scanning unit were fantastic and very caring. Arjun who was my contact through was so helpful, professional and understanding. In whole this experience was fantastic and everyone went above and beyond to guide me through and have continued the care and professionalism after too. Would highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service.

I wanted to say how amazing this team is..
My son had a sports injury over a week ago and we went straight to A&E..
He was so upset, not really knowing what’s wrong with his knee that we decided to take him for a private mri to get more details as he plays a high level of basketball at 13 years of age.
Firstly I booked the wrong scan, they did there absolutely best to change it straight away with all the added advice I needed and fast track it as he’s only 13 and was so worried as he was attending the Aspire program for basketball England that week.
They chased everything for me, keeping me updated through the whole time and we successfully had his mri done within 4 days of booking and now waiting for results which will be by Monday.
They have been nothing but amazing and anytime I felt we needed or I was worried they used a WhatsApp app so it was so easy and then reply straight away and get whatever I needed.

Thank you so much for making this experience really easy for me as my child has been so upset over his knee.
Your team is amazing and if you ever find yourself in this situation, please use them.

From the first call to Get Scanned the staff were really helpful navigating me through the process of booking a scan and sorting out the GP referral

I have had sciatica for 6 months and was getting nowhere with the NHS so decided to go private. I booked a full body scan as my friend I played rugby with has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer so decided to go the whole Hogg. The experience was good and the one to one with the consultant was very in depth.

I recently booked myself a full body MRI and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I booked and paid online and was then offered an appointment that suited me. I used the one in Manchester. The place itself was easy to find with plenty of parking. The scan itself didn't take long and when smoothly. Once my scan report has been sent over to the doctor to review I was given a option to book a time and date for my report with the doctor. I would happily use this service again.
