Get Scanned popped up on Facebook and after seeing all the wonderful reviews on here, I decided to give it a go. I made contact and everyone was so pleasant. None of my silly questions seemed to be hassle. Absolutely amazing customer service, a really personalised process.

The booking process was quick and simple. I only had to wait a couple of days, with Yatharth going above and beyond to confirm my booking after I had some issues with payment links etc.

The MRI process at the hospital was explained in full and carried out on time, professionally and results sent across promptly. I had a phone call within the week to book a consultant appointment the following day.

I had some anomalies show up on my results which are now being investigated by my GP. This just shows the value of having these scans available for everyone.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Tristan and Yatharth who dealt with all my enquiries before, during and after the scan. They are a friendly and professional team that really do make you feel valued. I would recommend this service to everyone, whether you have symptoms or not, get checked!

Sadly, experience started well but after booking they changed my booking location twice and are now unable to provide a date for my mri test and are completely ignoring my complaints regarding this it has now been weeks after booking and i still do not have a date for a mri test.

Edit - after a few weeks of delays they called me to refund my order in full sadly this delayed my treatment as i could have got the scan i needed within a week with Nuffield health

Their hospitality and professionalism was on the topmost.
though the 3days wait time for the result interpretation made my anxiety to peak but the service rendered override the wait.

Nice and fast scan with very quick results. Results in 24 hrs.

Please don’t hesitate to use this company. Phenomenal customer service. I booked a scan for asap on a Wednesday, their GP phoned that afternoon and I was scanned on the Friday and report that Friday too. Unbelievable. So friendly, quick and helpful, and reasonably priced. If you’re worried about something health wise and you are able too, book here privately, don’t stress yourself by waiting months on the nhs.

Thankyou for your support , I am borderline claustrophobic and an MRi scan can be daunting but the way I was aprroached and handled by the two people who carried out my scan made the difference , they were professional and welcoming , calm and clear with their instructions , showed me all the due care and attention , I breezed through with no agitation , great work , thanks again .

Excellent service from Richa. Arranged CT Scan with less than 24 hrs notice and kept me in the picture throughout the whole process. Can thoroughly recommend them if you need to arrange a private scan.

Quick appointment and even quicker report

Excellent service, great communication and updates through WhatsApp, they tried their upmost best to accommodate to my needs, scan was done promptly and results delivered to me all in under 4 days. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a scan and some peace of mind without having to wait on long waiting lists!!

I recently had an MRI scan on my right knee and the process from the very beginning was really straight forward. I initially had to do a bit of searching to find something that met all my requirements, i.e. price, timescale & location, but found something quite quickly. I got an appointment in less than seven days, which I was happy with. The price was extremely favourable so I was very happy with that. I had to travel a bit further than what I'd ideally have liked but it was worth it for the price and timescale.
The actual scan was excellent. Even though I arrived around 30 minutes early for my appointment, I was seen straight away and was actually finished by my initial appointment time.
I received the report (both written and digital images) in under 24 hours which was brilliant service.
Communication from GetScanned was excellent throughout and I'd like to particularly compliment Nisha.

It was easy and fast. It would be cheaper to go to a walk in clinic for a scan, but they have doctors that help you before and after the scan. They were even willing to get me a report to help with my international insurance.

I had a scan on 27th April - they got me in really quickly and the radiologists were really professional. The after care was also fantastic, I was offered a GP consultation and she went through the results with me and plan treatments options through my own GP. Highly recommend! Very friendly and easy service and I felt very reasonably priced

Amazing service from start to finish. Customer care was excellent, and communication was spot on throughout. Booking was quick and easy, and I was able to get my MRI scan done very promptly. I even received my results sooner than expected — highly impressed!

I had a great experience with GetScanned. I made my initial booking for an MRI scan on 2nd April and from then on things moved quickly, especially considering it was Easter weekend. I had my scan on 8th April and received my results a week later. They also arranged a telephone follow up with a GP to run through the report. Throughout the whole thing I felt very supported and they kept in contact by email to update me and answer any questions. A special mention to Richa who was exceptional with her support. I would highly recommend GetScanned.
