Do not order with the company I ordered
Next day delivery before 2pm like the website stated no way of contacting them
No way of getting ANY tracking details stupidly ordered before I checked reviews I was in rush my own fault but still absolute SCAM company still not here after 3 days emailed them no reply Facebook messaged them
No reply raging.

Never received costume, still chasing refund. Probably a scam site.

A total lack of communication, order placed in good faith 6 days away from Halloween, emailed to chase up with order reference, no response at all from the business no phone number to call. My girlfriend looked fabulous at the Halloween party, where as I was left frantically scouring the charity shops with 8 hours to go. Unacceptable, unprofessional and regardless of how busy you are, manage the customers expectations, be honest and treat your customers with respect. Very poor, would not recommend!

Sent a costume back which was received 3 weeks and still no refund. No replies to any of my emails i have even sent messages on Facebook and Instagram. Awful customer service

Same as other reviews, placed order prior to Halloween, No update on order still states ordered. Have emailed and no response. Last email was to cancel and request full refund of item and delivery, no response.

Interestingly there was a telephone number attached to transaction on my credit card. Called number and apparently no longer in service. Have now left in the capable hands of my credit card company.

Ordered on the 19th of October paid for faster delivery. Chased the order on the 24th waited 2 days for a reply, 3 days later I requested a refund. 2 days after that item delivered. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERiNG FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered for next day delivery. Needed for Halloween so bought in advance. Nothing arrived for Halloween despite numerous emails asking for updates with no response.

The worst costume shop!!! Do not use!! My Halloween is ruined! I ordered early to be extra prepared as this is my last year childless I thought I would enjoy! Nope 2-3 days delivery! A week later after paying for quick delivery nothing has arrived!

I ordered a Halloween outfit for my 3 year old I paid for next day delivery that was 8 days ago! Still nothing hasn’t even been packed or shipped. do not order from here!! Scam website £24 down the drain and an upset son!!

Ordered a costume 22nd October still not here and no email to say it’s on the way or anything. Contacted customer support via email, the contact us page and their Instagram and no reply to any of the messages. Shocking customer service! Can see so many bad reviews now. Wish I would have checked reviews before I placed my order. SCAM website! Avoid at all costs!

This company is a scam. Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. They're quite happy taking my money but don't even have the courtesy to update me on where my order is. I'm now £30 out of pocket but more importantly I've got a child who's gutted because this costume was needed for a group Halloween thing. Others have said they've been told they're busy because of Halloween - is that honestly meant to be a legit excuse? Has Halloween taken them by surprise? SCAM company all day long. AVOID - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a Halloween outfit for my daughter on 14th October from this site and paid for express delivery (1-2 working days). I’ve heard nothing since, I’ve tried to contact and you can only email, no response and no telephone number . £25 I paid, absolutely awful, how can sites get away with this? I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered.

Paid £5.99 for next day delivery, didn't arrive on time, and still hasn't arrived 4 days later. Can't get a refund on the delivery cost. They don't respond to emails to their customer services email. All round terrible experience.

I have read the reviews and agree with them all!! I have put an order in for next day delivery, that was 3 days ago! I have reached out via email, because that's all you can do, and still no reply. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would give 0 star review if I could. I believe it's all a SCAM and I DO Not recommend anyone else to use then. Very disappointed and I am very doubtful about getting a refund let alone the costume I ordered.

Ordered a costume 12 days ago. Requested an update after a week of nothing and eventually got a reply saying they were busy because of Halloween. I was obviously chocked that a costume chop might be busy at this time of year but there we go. Since then there has been no further communication and I have cancelled my order. Well tried to. who knows if they will ever bother acting on my request.

SCAM! No response after 3 emails! Ordered next day delivery, its been 4 days!! Can't cancel order. Will be contacting my bank to issue report and hopefully get my money back!

An order was placed using express delivery (1-2 working days) a week before it was needed. Apart from a new order on the Shop app there was radio silence for a few days. I chased a day after the order was due to be delivered only to be told that they were busy because of Halloween. You would’ve thought that a costume site would have prepared for holidays on the calendar where orders may increase in demand. Over a week on and still no shipped order so had to request a refund as the deadline was missed. Even requesting a refund took far too many emails to sort, clear sign of lazy customer services and lack of care from their side.

Would not trust!

I placed an order before the cut off time of 2pm for next day delivery on Friday 24th of October. This should have been with me by Monday 27th but upon tracking the order it states still preparing shipment. I have emailed to request cancellation and a full refund including the £5.99 delivery charge and have yet to receive an answer from the company. Very disappointed!
