Bought a 3 birth IR sauna last summer. Leaks like a seive.£3000...horrendous. even the door is falling off.
I think this company are still trading on Amazon but there are no contact details, they dont reply to the phone or emails so they are a scam company. Avoid.

So disappointed this company haven't left a support helpline our sauna is broken and we now don't now how to repair or fix it . We loved our sauna and spent a lot on it to now be left with a broken shell in our wet room. Please help if you can !

Placed an order with this company in January 2025. Website said lead time of 20 weeks. When I spoke with Brian on the phone he said that it could be less than this which was nice to hear but I was prepared to wait the 20 weeks. Which then turned into 21, then 22, then 30 weeks, with no update from the company. Tried phoning, was on hold for over an hour. Tried emailing and was ignored by Brian. I cancelled my order. Not so much as an apology or any contact whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs.

Dan, the company has ceased trading, no website, no responses. They have changed their address on companies house. It’s over. No explanation.

Feel very sorry for some people.

Luckily we paid on a credit card but still have to wait 7 days from reporting it so still out of pocket.

Paid in full with 20 week lead time (idiot...) for 3 man sauna to be delivered this week, have been in touch with brian on email and phone a few times (last one end of Aug) and no email bounces back, and phone number does work!

Please can anyone write a review if you have worked a way to contact them, or if this is report to police / credit card company etc territory (it feels it is).

Really helpful company. I communicate with Brian who is a darling. Nothing is a problem to them and I always get a solution. Thanks UK saunas.

We bought our sauna in April 2023 and recently our sauna has stopped working. We believe it is still under warranty but there is no way of getting in touch. As the email to Brian has bounced back and the website no longer exists. Can you pls give us Brian's phone number so we can get our sauna working again.

Like many others, I ordered a 1 person sauna in December 2024, with it expected to arrive in May 2025. got to September 2025, and they have stopped answering calls and emails don’t go through.

Luckily I only paid £100 deposit but still annoyed! I even spoke to Brian a few times and all seemed normal. Then silence.

Stay away from them, absolutely useless and frauds!!

I’ve lost £100, but others have lost thousands. I ordered a sauna from another company instead and it arrived the next week. UK Saunas is an utter scam.

Absolutely brilliant 3 man traditional sauna with superb after sale customer support from both Brian and Lawrence. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone, we have had ours for years and any questions or help we've needed they've always responded quickly and only a phone call/email away, they're extremely helpful and we're so happy we bought from UK Saunas. Not sure what’s going on with this company. Like many others I ordered my sauna 8 months ago (it’s now almost 2 months late) no one is answering the phones and the website seems to be down. Could anyone who’s managed to get in communication with them please let me know!

Also if anyone has any detailed plans of the saunas that have arrived. I was lucky to only have given a £100 deposit so my dad is offering to build me one but he needs the specs! We ordered the 4 person outdoor one with the glass front. Cheers! Erin

I paid in February 2025 but told April/ May earliest delivery..Chased in June and July, told waiting for a shipment from China first week August. Emails are now bouncing back, phone message has 'technical fault' for weeks, website not working...they seem dead but no mention on Companies House they are in CVA...so, taken the money and ran? The one time I asked before ordering..'is my money safe'...and told 'we've been in business for years'' from Brian Clarke himself

I ordered a sauna in January and like all the other reviews, long delays in production and shipping and and no sign of it. Their phone lines and websites are now down so think this is indeed a scam.

I paid for a Ir sauna in Oct 2024, the delivery date kept being put back. Now it looks like they have gone bust! Use Section 75 if you paid by Credit Card to try and get your money back.

We have been waiting for our sauna for 9 months. We were contacting them regularly as we received no updates. They kept suggesting different reasons why it was delayed. We have had no response from them in the last month. We have phoned (lines not active), emailed (bounced back) and sent a formal letter of complaint. We have additionally reported them to trading standards as they owe us a substantial amount of money as we were required to pay in full.

Like everyone else. I've been waiting for my sauna for way over the estimated time and now it looks like the company has disappeared. I will be cancelling my order and reporting to trading standards.

We received our 4/5 outdoor infrared sauna nearly a year after ordering. Did not pay until installation. Have had delivered and used every day for the last 2 months. On initial inspection thought all ok, now we have had first few days of rain of the year the sauna has several leaks! all through windows and door and added to that one of the panels has severe bowing due to cracks in the wood, this is despite us following Brians instructions and varnishing two coats of the provided boat varnish. since emailing and receiving a request for photos we now cannot get through on telephone and all emails being rejected. Phone message indicates technical issues. I believe they may be inundated with complaints on their last shipment. Avoid.

We have purchased Sauna and paid full price, and now phone lines not picked up and emails bouncing back. Requested refund in June. No money & no Sauna. Company will be possibly folded. The products are still available online to purchase

Anyone caught in the same situation (we already been contacted by several people)- consider the below:

For the director to be held personally accountable, the matter needs to be reported to Companies House for suspected misconduct. This will trigger an investigation, and if it is found that he continued to trade while knowing (or should have known) that the company could not avoid insolvency — or used the company’s dissolution as an exit strategy — he can be held personally liable. We already did that. The more applications they will receive - the more attention there will be

Ordered a sauna in October 2024. Paid £100 deposit. The order wait time was 4 months. Almost 11 months later and we still have no sauna!!

Brian was initially very polite and helpful. However, as months rolled by we found it harder to get in touch. First they “had technical difficulties” with their phone lines so only correspondence was via email. I sent an email yesterday asking for an update but received no reply. I have tried to phone them today but they supposedly still have technical difficulties, months and months later. I Dropped another email to the fantastic Brian at UK Saunas but it’s bounced straight back!

Get the feeling we have been conned out of money and very much doubt this Sauna will ever arrive!

I’ve had to inform the Ombudsman and my credit card company who had r refunded the deposit.

Avoid at all costs….. bunch of scammers who appear to have gone bust so keep hold of your hard earned money!!
