I ordered 2 items from them 1 for my son and 1 for myself UFC VENUM AUTHENTIC FIGHT NIGHT MEN'S WALKOUT HOODIE it is really good quality only they sent me a XXXL when I ordered a XXL the order was all correct but it was a XXXL In a XXL bag so completely their fault I had to pay to return the item to my cost for their mistake and they never sent me a replacement or my money back for the hoodie complete day light robbery I sent no end of emails no money or product the product by Venum is awesome but wrong size and the company is not to be trusted buy elsewhere not from ufcstore.eu not to be trusted

Orderd a T-shirt and after weeks I started mailing them where my order was?
Everytime the same answer: we have a delayed in specifics order and unfortunately you order has been delayed.
Waited 8 weeks just so they can tell me the product is no longer available?! Soooo bad! Yes I understand after 8 weeks?!?

I ordered a T-shirt for €45, no confirmation email, nothing. I contact them and they say the order didn’t come though in their end. When I show them literall proof of the money charged from my bank, all they can say is that they can’t do anything because my order isn’t in their system. Unfortunately I paid via bank transfer and not credit card so I can’t get my money back. These guys are literally stealing money. Embarassing

I have ordered in the past with no issues but when it comes to fight kits there’s a problem for some reason. I got a good discount code from ufc e.u. Store and got the midnight authentic fight tracksuit then …. Nothing.

No dispatch notification, contradicting E mail replies saying different things after trying to get hold of them for ages.
One minute they are in stock then they are awaiting supplies. Then it’s processing. I looked up other reviews both on YouTube and trust-pilot and other people are having issues. The Uk customer services go through to America and the staff just say yeah , or an abrupt hello when they answer making you think you’ve got a wrong number. After many emails and phone calls I eventually got through to a very helpful customer service rep and that person checked for me and they didn’t have the items I ordered. They were just going to let me wait and there was no chance of a re-Stock as it was a limited edition. Funny how they were in stock and massively discounted when I ordered it.
Let’s hope the refund I fought to get back actually goes through. This store used to be great and I love the UFC but this is just not worth the stress so I don’t recommend and will not be ordering again which is a shame because this is the official ufc store and you can’t get this stuff anywhere else.

really poor website, tried ordering something to my address but didn't recognise it although i use it all the time for other deliveries. kept saying Zipcode rather than postcode. tried on mobile and laptop with no improvement.

One would think that if you buy from the EU store, your items would be shipped from within EU. Otherwise you could choose among hundreds of more products from the US site. But this is not the case. I contacted costumer service immediately to verify that indeed they ship from a non EU country. First day I received notice that their inbox is full and mail is not delivered.. after some time they reply that yes I may need to pay tax and import fee as the item is not shipped from an EU country, and that I cannot cancel as their policy says that once send it's final. Tracking also still says "information received", so it does indeed look like it's not send still on top of this.

6 months and they didn't send my money back. dont follow my mistake

I’ve had a customer service representative put the phone down on me today because he couldn’t answer any of my questions about me returning a faulty pair of short skins…. Hand on heart I’ve never in my whole life dealt with such an absolutely diabolical company. Considering how big the name “UFC” is, this side of it is appalling!! If I’d wanted my money back I could understand a little but all I want is a replacement. The workmanship of garments is shoddy and they’re not worth the money they ask. You certainly DON’T get what you pay for……
Your told to contact via email with any issues so we’ve been doing this since dec but i can only presume that due to the time difference replies are extremely slow, so I called today and the customer service operator was as useful as a chocolate teapot. He told me he was going to send my issues to a different department so I asked for the details of said department and he wouldn’t give them me and then put the phone down….
Just buy replicas they’re better made and no-one will ever know the difference plus they’re 10 times cheaper 👍

I ordered some items a month ago from Australia and they still haven't even been shipped. I asked for a refund which they declined by saying that the order has been processed which basically means they are selling stuff that they in reality don't have in stock. Very scammy way of conducting business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS.

You will never get your order and they’ll ignore your emails.
I placed an order on the 21st of October and it took me 3 emails and 2 chat sessions to find out that my order is still in investigation.
I’ve asked for a refund in the hope that I will at least get my money back.
This is just unacceptable and I don’t understand how they can still run a webshop with so many bad reviews. Especially for a big brand such as the UFC.
This is absolutely the worst webshop and customer “service” ever!
It should be boycotted and shut down.
I’ve never experienced such a bad service anywhere else before!!

Do not buy for UFC, total scammers. Brought a t-shirt that was defective ( authenticity part of the t-shirt was distorted, looks like a fake even though it's from the damn UFC store) they wanted me to pay for the shipping back to them. (They wanted pictures to see if they can still sell the product).

Due to their lack of product quality control, I have to chase them up for a label, so I can at least return it without having to spend more of my money.

Totally unprofessional! Customer service is ignoring my emails. I never received my order and requested a refund or resending of my order, no response, only an automated reply. No idea who is running this company but they should fix the issues asap!!

absolutely the worst service possible. i ordered and paid for items on 13 Jul 2022. didnt receive any feedback or items so tried to contact them to see what was going on, no replies so had to open a case via paypal. they have now returned my money and are saying item no longer available. item was available when i ordered. very disappointing

If I could give no stars I 100% would. Placed my order and it arrived but it was the wrong item. I had ordered a hoodie and got a t-shirt.
Made contact with customer services and I feel like I have been made to jump through hoops to correct their mistake.
I now have to return the t-shirt at my own expense. I then have to wait for it to be received and then hopefully get a refund in 15 days....I add hopefully because after reading the reviews I am now very skeptical. At the minute I am out of pocket and have no hoodie...which was a gift.

Absolutely terrible experience. Unfortunately let my fandom come first and made multiple purchases. Not one arrived unbroken, and multiple didn’t arrive at all. Their service is slow, they don’t even send tracking numbers unless one asks, and they do little to nothing to amend things. I sincerely hope the UFC finds an alternative way to sell memorabilia.

Received my items in a timely manner. Had to send a hoodie back, at my own cost. Used the sticker on the invoice to post and posted tracked via Royal mail. 3 weeks later still no refund. Very limited emails from the company and find the online live chat advisors rude. Apparently I have sent the ìtem to the wrong warehouse, they haven't been very helpful considering the cost of these items, I can't really afford to be out of pocket. Will never order from this company again, it's such a shame as the items I have received in the past were good quality.

Received my order and was totally wrong size than advertised on the site, I’ve sent the item back for a refund 2 weeks ago and have emailed several times for an update and nothing! Will be contacting FSA soon as my return has been delivered back to their returns address and still nothing! Will not be buying from them again, i don’t know how UFC trusts this supplier

Buyer beware! Do not order items from UFC collectibles,they will take your money in a hot minute and prolong sending the item or tracking number which I still have not received either in 2 months of ordering,giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first email. I can no longer do so anymore. You’re better off sitting in front of the gym the fighters train at to get something autographed faster and for free. UFC needs to do better,especially with the revenue they make off of loyal fans..

DO NOT buy from here I paid hundred for pair of shorts that never fit and three months later have still not got me refund , they blag you and blag you , I'm sick of these people especially Mohammad who keeps saying I'm going to get my refund, can't stand people who take good money of people and Rob you blind .I want to hear from people directly who have been scammed by these , contact Amanda copley on Facebook ok

Purchased a product at the end of February for 168 euros and I waited patiently for 5 months (my patient was really put to the test) and received nothing. Requested a refund because I was tired of waiting. I had to email them all the time because I didn't get any updates.

I advise everyone not to order here.
