Shaun has trained me from my very first punch and has helped me become confident in all aspects of Muay Thai training. He has great knowledge in Muay Thai and is continuing to find new training styles as he is constantly travelling to Thailand year in year out. I often attend his afternoon classes during the week and it's tough but always fun. He's helped me get into the ring and fight once and I plan to do so with him in my corner once again in the near future.

Shaun is such a great coach! Has so much knowledge and patience no matter what age you are and is awesome with kids. Couldn’t recommended a better coach to help with your fitness journey if that be in Muay Thai or just to get your fitness back up and to feel healthy and strong.
