Horrifying
Horrifying. We are on day 32 of trying to get my website accessible for my customers. All we ever get is excuses and promises but nothing is ever delivered when they say it will be delivered. Furthermore, UENI will continue to collect your money. The 30 day guarantee is not applied how they will tell you. The 30 days starts when they deliver your website working or not working. It should be from the the day that you are actually able to access the website through your domain.
