The school does not always honor its advertised rates, and lessons are often delayed or cancelled with very short notice. Furthermore, their cancellation policy is applied unfairly, as students are charged even when the delay is on the instructor's part. This is my personal opinion based on my direct experience. I hope they improve their service and professional standards in the future."

I had intended to book several lessons, but I changed my mind after witnessing what I consider financial exploitation. Every lesson I attempted to take involved delays of over 30 minutes—sometimes exceeding 40 minutes. In one instance, after the instructor was more than 40 minutes late and never showed up, I had to cancel the lesson myself because I have other commitments and my time is not infinitely available. Despite this, my money was deducted. There was no concern or apology; their only priority was to provide a dismissive response. This company does not strive to improve its services; instead, its responses are consistently disappointing."
