I can't return this item. I can't get permission to send back because of hygienic purposes, even although hasn't been used. Brand VWhite on charger and not Udental Pro, 2024 upgrade, as advertised. No 2 years guarantee. No brand on actual device. No registration guarantee. False advertisement. DO NOT BUY. My UPDATE: I'm not sure if it's this company or another one, but I have scammers sending text messages which is showing up on my Google chrome about packages which are missing and offering to redelivery the packages on 12th August if I pay .23£., which requires my bank details on a fake Evri website. I nearly fell for it, but noticed that the autofill for paying didn't show up and that saved me. You think you're buying from a British company, but they are rip-offs.

Eenvoudige bestelling; vlotte levering en voor een redelijke prijs. Ik kan nog niet goed beoordelen of de tandplak ook is afgenomen. Het lijkt van wel, doch ik ben nog niet bij mijn tandarts geweest.

I got one and have used it a couple of times but am still learning about it. It would have helped if a user guide was included in the pack

Net ontvangen leuk apparaat weet niet hoe ik het mondstuk kan verwijderen en of ik een tweede mondstuk kan kopen. verder kan ik geen enkele gebruiksaanwijzing vinden voor het apparaat zelf, je kunt 3 standen indrukken maar waar zijn deze voor???

Je suis très statisfaite. Un changement très rapide après les quelques jours de brossage. La même sensation après un bon détartrage à chaque fois que je bosse mes dents. Merci.

sono un anziano di 83 anni e sono diventato un pò pigro e non avevo più voglia di lavarmi i denti con questo sistema di Dental Pro mi trovo benissimo con nessuna difficoltà così ho sempre i denti puliti.

Easy to use. I have arthritis in my right hand, no feeling in my left. Just put toothpaste on and put in my mouth. For me it's just about perfect.

Ich frage mich ob das Produkt das auch erfüllt was es verspricht .Das wird sich in 2 Monaten beweisen. Aber in großen und ganzen ist das Produkt sehr gut

It doesn't clean the Teeth.
How very disapointing.
The instructions are barely there. It mentions 'Gum massage" but thete isn't any movement at all.It simply makes 3xdifferent noises.The 4th 'setting' sez it descales the teeth...but a 'setting'= a noise. Of which there are just 3. During the 30 second noise ,of which one is high pitched.Nothing happens. The tooth paste stays in place..doesn't move as there is no brushing action.
Instruction states. "Use ordinary toothpaste into byaces"?? Braces perhaps ?
Teeth felt they need brushing after using this..Looks great whilst charging,like a blue night light . Thats probably its best use.

Der Bestellprozess und die Lieferung sind das einzig positive, was man anmerken kann. Deshalb dieser 1 Stern. Das Produkt selbst ist ein totaler Flop. Es erfüllt in keinster Weise seine beworbene Funktion die Zähne zu säubern, was man von einem Zahnreinigungsgerät wohl als Mindestanforderung erfüllen müsste.
Die daraufhin angeforderte Retour kann ich leider noch nicht bewerten, da es auf meine Mail noch keine Antwort gab
