Customer service is done by indians in india, i've asked for info on an item, provided item name/ item code, i got an email reply asking for the item code....
then i replied with a direct link to the item, and the item code again, guess what, i got another reply ASKING ME for a link to the item wich i literally just provided,
dont buy from this company ever, their customer service is full of incompotent people.
I did eventually get what I ordered, even ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise! It did indeed come from the US (KY). But the customs extra cost was extensive. I don't know if it's Trump's tariffs or just the usual predatory taxes here in the NL, but the extra cost is a serious consideration for whether to make my next purchase there.
Don't buy from them. They will scam you with extra shipping fees after ordering. I had to pay 43 euro for shipping, two days later they mail me saying I need to pay 100 euros extra for shipping. This is before tax and import fees.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Don't mention shipping from the US on the Dutch site. Resulted in me not getting my product and them promising my refund of €123. But now they have changed their minds. Not refunding me.
