Great ERP-System
Today I would like to give you my opinion and experience with the ERB system Ubuntu.
Briefly about my person, I am a trained accountant and work for over 10 years in the financial sector.
First of all, I would like to start with the fact that Ubuntu brings a huge advantage - Ubuntu SBS works entirely through the Internet browser and is not a fixed computer application. Conversely, this means that the user can log into his personal Ubuntu ERP system anytime and anywhere. Especially in times of constant accessibility, this is a decisive advantage.
Once logged in, the user can change the language between 13 different languages in the upper right corner. These include German, English, Spanish and French. You can change this as often as you like without any problems and without affecting the program - the language is changed immediately - wow!
Now let's move on to the user interface / layout. As soon as you have a look at the user interface for the first time, you will notice that it is well laid out and very clear. On the left side of the homepage, you will find the main categories. These are to be arranged according to own desires - with me it is for example "account", "contracts" or also "projects" and further. It should be emphasized that the focus is on conveying information to the user - this becomes clear quite quickly! Information from all departments is bundled and presented in a simplified way - so that a quick and central control to other departments is no longer an obstacle.
Not only the user interface convinces me, but also the functionality of the ERP system.
There is actually nothing that I could not adjust during my use of Ubuntu! I could create employees/colleagues, but also customers without any problems. Control them according to any will. Creating projects (both internal and external) is also a breeze! However, what I like the most is the functionality in the operational business. Starting from the creation of an order to the creation of an invoice to the customer.
Finally, I would like to mention that in Ubuntu the function "Zoom meetings" is integrated - a great feature! So I can see at a glance when I am scheduled where. In addition, there is an internal messenger program, so that on short notice an internal communication is guaranteed!
Ubuntu is excellent for small businesses - it saves time and generates efficiencies!
This time can be used to advance the operational business!
