We have been working with UAM for several years and have consistently been very satisfied with their services. Our specialist is highly responsive to feedback and implements updates quickly and effectively. He brings a great deal of creativity to our social media strategy, demonstrates excellent customer service, and has played an important role in helping us grow and strengthen our social media presence. We truly value the partnership and appreciate the ongoing support the team provides on a daily basis.

My company has been working with UAM for a few years now -- our team lead/point of contact, William, has been excellent to work with and is always eager to solve any issues we might be experiencing. Most of the team members we've hired have been top-tier and while some don't always pan out, we've had several top performers who have stayed on with us for years and have become integral parts of our business. Would recommend UAM to other start ups or companies looking to outsource workflow segments.

I was assigned an assistant in less than a week, and it's been a great experience so far. We're a small but busy company, so I appreciate all the support she's been giving me. My assistant is a fast learner with excellent communication skills, and I feel very comfortable delegating more work than I initially thought.

I believe the company is interested in having people pay them every month, but what I don't believe is that they have any interest in doing the things that keep you coming back.

I tried for several months, and because of the price, stuck around.

I encountered errors & when I inquired how I could make my instructions more clear they said it was fine, but that we could do it this other way (which was essentially just me doing the work) rather than they read and verify instructions.

Additionally, you really need to babysit if you want to get anything done. Even though they theoretically have time specifically allocated to you - if you don't send them anything for a week, they won't take any initiative to reach out, ask if/how they can help (based on prior tasks) etc. You really need to have the task, ask for the thing, and then stay on top of the thing.

So ultimately for me, it didn't really feel that they wanted to help, only to collect their money - even though they said "I assure you, we want to help!" (their actions indicate otherwise.

I used their services last year for my business. I was not satisfied. The assistant was not professional dealing with our customers.

I have worked with UAssistMe for over 10 years. They have consistently provided me with admin resources that have been integral to my company. I also have happily introduced them to many of my clients and associates who all have been very pleased. They do a great job of sourcing talent. It is so convenient and I feel like the staff I work with there are an extension of my company family. And, I have learned to trust them to run areas of my business, not just be a task doer as many other VA's often are. High praise!
