Good Service and couldn't locate these particular tyres anywhere else at a reasonable price.

Absolutely useless. Save you money and go elsewhere.

4 weeks to order two tyres which they said at the point of order they had in stock. No updates. I had to chase and chase and every date given was missed. In the end, they told me they had been delivered, and this was totally false. They hadnt, they had been stoopped at customs and the company was unaware of this until I called them. They did not do anything to release them and told me I would have to wait even longer (no clue how long).

Customer service from their office when I called was equally bad. Vague, long silent pauses on the call and not a single date they gave me was remotely accurate.

In the end, after nearly a month, I've cancelled the order. I don't have confidence even that will be done correctly "if the courier tries to deliver the tyres to you, can you please refuse them?" was their request after cancelling....

Utterly useless. Never again.

Ordered a replacement tyre (my third order from this company) i expect a delay in delivery but 4 weeks !! then it turns up as the wrong tyre and the wrong size.
customer services are not the best as difficult to understand.

Lets see how fast the replacement arrives AND if its the correct item.

I've used Tyres Guru twice in 2 years - easy to use web site, good selection of tyres and push-mail tracking (some of it in German). Just allow 2 weeks for your tyres to be delivered.

Found the size of Dunlop tyre my Lexus requires on Boxing Day so ordered a pair there and then at the cheapest price I had seen over the previous few weeks.
I received prompt confirmation of purchase folliwed by an email from DPD about delivery.
Estimated delivery 3rd Jan and delivered in the 1 hour time slot. The tyre were also well packaged.
A very smooth transaction and will be usibg them again if their price is the most competitive.

Thought I was dealing with a UK company but the tyre came from overseas. The tracking said it had been delivered but DPD said they didn'r receive it.
Having phoned up Guru (automated system thats tells you nothing) a mail did come through which I replied to and got an answer. The tyre was stuck in customs.
I did arrive today some 5 days after the initial date given... If you need it quick or need someone to contact, you may wish to look ealsewhere, otherwise tyre was good...

I’ve ordered tyres before with this company ordered tyres on 18/11/2022 now the 1/12/2022 still no tyres contacted them they say held up in customs contacted DPD they say they haven’t received the items yet whos telling lies tyreguru or DPD absolutely useless

Really disappointed and never use this website again ,they got problem with my order nobody inform me about that thanks this i wasted one month waiting for nothing and they not apologize for that lucky i fund more trusted seller

Simply dreadful customer Service - ordered some tyres which were showing to be in stock, payment was processed and they even emailed me to say that there may be a brief delay in delivery.

Out of the blue, they've now cancelled the order stating "we regrettably can offer no alternative to your order". They're still holding the funds I've paid though and ironically, the tyres are still showing to be in stock, but now at over £110 more per tyre!

Tyre-guru is part of the MyTyres brand in the UK and appear to not be one to be trusted at all!

AVOID. Order 4 tyres and received confirmation that they'd be delivered within 10 days. Tracking info sent to me but no delivery yet and can see that they havent moved. Several calls later told they are in customs, and cant get refund if i cancel until the tyres are refused eventual delivery and returned. Apparently they can be in customs for weeks. Absolute rubbish service, hassle is not worth the £15 saving per tyre.

Terrible service. Brought a Pirelli Scorpion Tyre £229.90 on 3rd March to be delivered by 14th at latest .
Several calls and same excuse that's its stuck in customs here in uk . What a load of BULL

Ordered tyres at £137 each and didn't get dispatch confirmation...
3 days latter rang them to ask when to expect them and been told tyres not available.
Checked again on their website and they showing in stock but for £165 each...
They are time wasters and wouldn't honour the sale for advertised price when they clearly have stock.
Their complaint section woulnt allow feedback to be submitted. Avoid!

I ordered two tyres on the 4 th December and am still waiting . Having called twice and told that they are stuck at customs in UK and said should be delivered last week , alas they have not arrived . Another call tomorrow should get my money back . I’ve used tyres guru and my tyres (same company Delticom) often before with virtually no issues . Very disappointed this time and won’t use them again .

Time wasters. Ordered wheels and tyres on the 28th of November. Emailed asking for an ETA in December with no reply. Finally got an email on the 11th of January telling me what I had ordered was Out of Stock...

Ordered 1 tyre on 12 December. Still waiting for delivery. Will give a few more days then contact PayPal
If they are in stock why so long

Having ordered a single but expensive tyre nearly a week ago, an email now tells me 6 days later that it's ready for the carrier to collect and I can expect delivery IN A FURTHER TWO WEEKS. It will come from France via GLS and eventually DPD.

The pending transaction on the MBNA website is for mytyres.co.uk (free call to 0808 189 1233) and they confirmed that Tyres Guru is the same company (they recognise my order number), along with various others (all part of Delticom AG). And when they say Michelin tyres are in stock they mean in stock in France. The massive delays are due to Brexit. Quelle surprise!

I received my tyre today, from Germany, 17 days after ordering it. Do I blame the company for this timescale? No, I blame Brexit. That said I do think they should clarify precisely what they mean by 'in stock'.

Site says 3-5 working day delivery - I’ve been waiting 11 working days and the tyres still haven’t shown up.

I check the DPD tracking site every few hours - it got to step 2 (of 5) yesterday but was back to step 1 today.

Pretty sure they don’t actually have any stock of anything and just track things down when they are ordered!

I used them cos the place I usually use didn’t have my size when i was ordering - but they have since come in stock there and could have been delivered already by them!

Tyres-guru wasn’t even that cheap - was actually 10% more than the other place, but had stock (apparently!) so I went with them.

In the midst of all this, they managed to duplicate my order and send me an email asking me to make a bank transfer for the duplicate order so the tyres could be dispatched. That email of course detailed the right tyre order, so most people might have paid it. I didn’t, cos they’d already charged my card for the actual order. That all felt a bit sketchy…

Never again.

Hold at customs? A joke these fraudsters are telling everyone. Check the GERMAN DPD tracking.
I my case:
order dated 25.09.
claim: dispatched on 27.09 (DPD Germany says: we do not have parcel yet)
as story continues, order cancellation on 30.09 (same day invoice with info: goods left warehouse on 30.09 - previous was obvious lie, while DPD Germany keeps telling: seller did not dispatched goods yet).
Of course no refund as the German-Romanian fraud continues, they were searching for tyres on the market in meantime.
Finally, they purchased tyres (or stolen it) somewhere and dispatched from their warehouse on 07.10. (two days after deadline for supply).
Went to customs hub, left it with one day.
Of course, no refund.
Another chat (available as evidence upon request) and on 07.10.2021 (couple of hours BEFORE they dispatched the goods from warehouse), they said the refund will be on my account within max 48hrs, while they will revert supply.
Of course, no money, and of course, the person who lives at the delivery address now told me that the DPD courier woke them up with some tyres, which were refused.
Another contact with Tyres Fraud Guru, and they confirmed that the person who told about refund last Thu was a scamer, fraudster and provided fake information as the refund will be processed from TODAY.
I am actually unsure if someone who introduced himself as Catalin is not anoter fraudster and if I still will have no money, tomorrow another person from Tyres Fraud Guru will not say same about him?
Anyway, their way of operation is:
- while placing the order, pretending that they do have them;
- start looking and purchasing after you will place the order, what results with more than a week delay of dispatch from their warehouse, while pretending: oh, the goods stuck in customs, blablabla, typical scum
- while finding, send them still pretending that these were sent earlier even if the order has alread been cancelled
- pass al their negligence, laziness and fraudster approach consequences to customer, while providing with the fake and forged information (if you forgot: they provided info that the goods were dispatched on 27.09 and then on 30.09, while courier in Germany received them on 07.10)
- prolong the refund as long as possible while pretending they done something good.

Pack of fraudsters.

Do not buy tyres from tyre guru lucky I used PayPal no tyres have been sent 3 weeks after and there asking me to close the case on PayPal and if I do that I then have to go to the bank to get my money back which I know there a con so on the 6.10.2021 I will be escalating it with PayPal to get a full refund
