Good experience best tyre

Got the tyre here which I was unable to find in market but seller send wrong tyre so had to return. Without any reason 15 days were wasted behind one tyre.

very much satisfied with the tyre... couldn't not get it anywhere else, but found it here...

Made payment about a week ago. Before making payment, I had a call with customer support agent regarding availability of the tyre. He said "Sir, we have live inventory, if it is showing up on our website then we have stock". I went ahead and placed the order. Week passed and everyday I keep asking for update and they keep saying "we are trying to get confirmation but your tyre will ship out today" and finally I have requested for a refund because they don't have it available. Now they are saying it will take a week for refund so my car is sitting in a workshop without 2 tyres and will sit there for another week or so. All because I was stupid enough to order from these amateurs.

HI,Iam order yokohama 255 60 r17, i did pament also they confomed my order after some reason size is not availbel so go withi continental same price range the delivered tamilnadu in 2 day, but before confomed order plz check wit dealer and confome.other think thay not updating any thik about your order, you need to call customer care they suport wll.

I ordered two tyres for my Bajaj Avenger after being shown an estimated delivery timeline of around 7 days. However, even after 16 days, the order was still not fulfilled.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of coordination and transparency between the company and their delivery partners. Yesterday, when I contacted customer support, the representative informed me that the consignment had already been picked up by the delivery partner and would be delivered within 2 days.

However, when I called again today, another customer support representative told me something completely different, she said the tyres were actually not available with them and that they were trying to source them from another vendor in Bangalore.

This clearly shows that customers are being misled with false updates instead of being given honest information. The order was prepaid from day one, yet they still failed to fulfil it even after more than two weeks.

Because of the repeated delays, misleading communication, and poor customer service, I ultimately had to cancel the order.

Highly dissatisfied with the overall experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before ordering from this company.

Selected product and added to cart on 3/12, got pursued relentless to complete the purchase offering discounts and quick delivery (5-8 Working days). once the odder was place and the payment was complete for a product they clearly show is in inventory. a mail from tyremarket.com came immediately confirming the order.
After 20 days (with a daily follow up) with nobody picking up the customers service phone and a generic response on Whatsapp (+91 8088090090) "Let me have a look" with no actual use full information. finally get a response from a new phone number (+919880083135) on 3/30 saying the items are not available. but the website still show having inventory. they offer an alternative. Make. requested cancellation 3/31 and have not seen a cancellation email or refund of the funds. No change on the website for the order and inventory, No response (4/15) about the status of the. it is disappointing about the unprofessionalism and have since stopped responding ,

this fraudulent company only is active till you Pay and then no response. Raising a complaint with consumerhelpline(dot)gov(dot)in/public/

Tutted market online sellers are unable to get a reply from their own fulfilment team whatever it means
Have stopped responding , Sunday weekend is a big excuse
Fingers crossed waiting for a response

Seeing this fraud/ scam aware reviews is not very encouraging too

They don't respond to the calls or messages once you make the payment
Its been a month since they took the payment and not responding.

Placed a order for tyre but after making payment not able to reach customer care number as the number is not active and no reaponse to emails as well

These people have no idea about tyres. Their entire website has misleading product listing and details. They even do not understand anything about the supply chain channels and keep giving excuses in the name of delivery.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Couldn't give a zero rating, Tyre booked on 30 Nov, had to call them twice to know the update, but std reply that you will get despatch details by mail only when I asked them to cancel somebody else called to say my Yokohama tyres were not available and could we give a different Tyre, I have asked the to cancel my order and effect the refund - don't know when I will receive the credit. Better to look elsewhere even at a higher price.

Poor service. I initially purchased from here because the tyre I wanted was available here. After 4 days they called me to tell that tyre is not available and to go with a different brand. Its been than a week since and I have no update on my order. Please avoid them.

Very bad experience with Tyremarket..

First order is delayed, as they sent it with DTDC but from Bangalore to Ahmedabad, and it took 9 days to reach.

Secondly, DTDC wasn't responding, and no update was recieved from Tyremarket to track the shipment status.

Thirdly, fitting was promised, then after delivery the stance changed to fitting can be done but at extra cost.

When we asked to cancel and take return, due to false and half information, they started saying it will cost us 12% and all this is company policy.

In Ahmedabad/ Gujarat and metro cities tyres are instantly purchased, and installation fee is included in the price.

Avoid buying from Cheaters.

Order front tyre for bullet and they send me very old manufactured tyre from 2022.

I ordered 2 tyres despite reading the reviews on trust pilot and it was a mistake. Please do not accept orders you cannot fulfill. Informing me five days later that the tyre I ordered is unavailable, and then asking me to pay extra for a different one, is completely unreasonable.
