This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered an item online and received the wrong product. Instead of correcting their mistake promptly, the company refused to process a return unless I first purchased another item. They required me to buy the replacement upfront, then ship back the incorrect item before they would issue a refund.

Since they failed to send the correct item the first time, I had no reason to trust that they would handle the replacement properly. As a result, I was left stuck with a product I did not order and do not need.

I contacted customer service multiple times by phone and email. After several back-and-forth conversations, they eventually offered to cover shipping, but still required me to go through their unreasonable process. I refused to pay for shipping on an error that was entirely their responsibility.

Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The product quality was also disappointing and did not meet expectations.

I do not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional experience.

In December 2024 I purchased a MaxMate tonneau cover for a Nissan Frontier 2022. It was a great fit and took just 15 minutes to install. A small problem arose for which I needed two clamps. I contacted TYGER auto, sent them proof of purchase and within a few days received two replacement clamps free of charge! This is what all customer service should be like ....

I cannot say enough good things about Tyger Auto! I discovered them via Amazon and purchased the vented steel fenders for my 2012 Jeep JKU. The quality and finish were exceptional and have held up very well in the salty air here in Florida! I was so impressed, I later bought their stubby front bumper, which also has the quality build and finish! I even bought and like their collapsible bins! I’m so impressed, I always check Tyger Auto first when searching for my next Jeep upgrades. Now, if only they’d offer a skid plate for their stubby bumper like they’ll do their full bumper! (Hint!)

Tygerauto.com makes running boards, bumpers and accessories for vehicles. My truck is a 2018 Nissan Titan, and after 3 years the running boards started to chip off the coding, for no reason, but They have a 5 year warranty on their bumpers, they stated on their website a very convenient statement, and why? Because it looks like their product does not stand the test of time. If you lose your receipt or can't find your 3 year old bank statement they will not honor the warranty. The warranty is not on their product its on the buyer, and it looks like that's because their the product will not last no more then 5 years for the price not worth the price.... Never buy this cheap product again..... It looks like I am going to have to fix my self with rust-oleum truck bed coating, after only having this product for 3 years, who know how many times I am going to have to use this coating, maybe the life of running board or until I buy new once, and really do my home-work. So again if it is used they will not cover, even thought it is still under the 5 year warranty... WOW! These people suck!!!!!

We have 5-year warranty for running boards, but we need the proof of purchase from reseller, like Amazon/eBay/Walmart/Carid because we are unable to access to their system, we have nothing of order details. In addition, our warranty covers the product purchased in new condition, some resellers may sell used item without our authorization. Used item could be repacked, returned, damaged or missing parts. That's why proof of puchase is so important for us.

We totally understand you are uanble to find it. That's why we suggest to find transation record from Paypal.

We really would like to help and please understand each company have their policy for warranty.
