Quick, clear comms, easy transaction. Excellent.

I couldn’t be happier with the refurbishment work on the Aprilia Shiver front forks one of which was pitted and leaking badly. It was impossible to source a replacement stanchion at a realistic price and I had almost given up on ever getting the bike back on the road. Then I saw an advert for TW Suspension in a NG Road Racing programme. TW fully refurbished the forks and had the faulty stanchion rechromed. The cost of the work was very fair and I was given a clear idea of the price and time scale before I sent the forks off to them - so no unexpected delays or unpleasant surprises with the final bill. Brilliant!!

Words can’t explain the difference Teut made to the bike. It felt like a different bike on the ride home. Far more compliant and it now stops trying to stand up mid corner. Front end isn’t vague or twitchy anymore. Best money I’ve spent on the bike so far!

The initial stage was not ideal, but the issue was later resolved quickly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend it.

Awesome service,talked me through various options,decided to plump for a new Bitubo set up with coil spring upgrade for my knackered R1200 gs rear shock to incorporate the esa set up.Tuet knew what he was talking about,it arrived nice and shiny,good price,now installed and working brilliantly,will use again and looking forward to many miles touring,well chuffed!

Really helpful and informative advice from Teut (by phone and email) which was tailored to me, my bike and my riding style/proficiency. What a refreshing change that the personal touch has not been replaced by some anonymous web-based algorithm!

Also … it’s great to see that some older/venerable motorcycles are still looked after by suspension specialists such as TW Suspension Tech. In my case, I now have all the components needed to update/upgrade the front fork internals of my 1997 Honda VFR 750 - in short, excellent service and swift delivery - delighted with the help and service … many thanks again!

I ordered the parts on Sunday night and they arrived on Tuesday

I went to TW Suspension Tech for advice on installing heavier forks springs on my 1979 RM400 as they were one of the very few companies that can supply Race Tech springs from the USA. From the start Teut was very helpful, he spoke through the options and I sent my forks off for a service and upgrade via Royal Mail (only £15 to send the forks). The forks were stripped, serviced and upgraded and returned to me in about 10 working days. From the start Teut was very helpful, he communicated well and gave good advice. I also ordered new YSS twin shocks upgraded for weight. I would definitely use again and would recommend TW Suspension Tech. Can’t wait to try the bike out.

TW Suspension Tech is simply the best Motorcycle Suspension Dealer and Technicians in hte UK.

Unsurpassed knowledge and also great advice. Teut rebuilt my front forks with upgraded internals and they were fantastic. I've since had my forks serviced and a rear shock rebuilt.

I honestly can not recommend them enough.
