Twinings tea smells like grass cuttings. Used to love Lady Grey, Lapsang Souchong, English Breakfast, but now they all taste the same.

Flavourless. What happened?

How can this company claim to have a policy of no nano plastics in their tea then wrap each detox tea bag in an individual plastic sachet? Their argument that this is necessary to retain freshness falls apart as other makers do not do this, eg Yogi tea detox! You too can drink "healthy" tea while polluting the planet with more unnecessary single use plastic!! Come on Twinings, catch up.

My favorite teas. I've had no bad experiences with this brand.

I received a product that looks like it was sold in the past and resold, No foil seal only a bit of tape that looks like it's been taken off an put back. No help from customer service, no customer trust and no respect at all. Very Poor Service.

Horrible Customer Service and Return Service.
I have ordered 9 tins of loose tea and all of them is expiring in 4 months hence I asked for a return. Customer service is arrogant and they said customers need to pay the return fee. And they do not guarantee a minimal expiring date. I said you should put that on the website otherwise it is cheating customers. She replied they do not reveal that on the website but only internal...

Will never order again.

My Twinings home delivery items are covered in plastic bubblewrap and the box also has 5 plastic pillows and then box is covered in cellotape. Twinings need to reduce their reliance on this form of packaging and look at the good example of other companies. Amazon use boxes that do not require tape, and items are protected inside using shredded cardboard strips. Firstly plastic use should be minimised 'reduce'. Twinings should not rely on the adtic being recycled or recyclable. Come on Twinings where is your environmental credibility.

(Those people below complaining of slow delivery have clearly forgotten that all businesses, including couriers, are affected by the Coronavirus pandemic).

Twinnings have reduced the number of tea bags in their large box. Used to be 200 tea bags but now 160. 20% cut. Box size is the same. So a lot of empty space. That is almost equivalent to 3 bags for the price of 4.

Really tasty tea delivered fast. I rang their Customer Services before placing my order and they were extremely pleasant and helpful! Will be ordereing again soon

Worst customer service I ever had to deal with!
It is such a shame since this is the best tea, but I will think twice before ordering again.
And on top of the terrible experience with their customer service I paid 75GBP for an international delivery and just found out it’s not even a door to door service!!!

I will stop buying Twinnings Sleep tea bags as they come wrapped individually on a paper/foil that can't be recycled.

I bought some Twinings Everyday Tea bags last week as I couldn’t get my usual blend. Never again! It was like drinking coloured water with milk added! They don’t even smell of tea. I am using two teabags for 1 cup of tea now as I hate waste and wouldn’t throw them out even if that’s all they are worth doing with. Even with 2 teabags, the taste is artificial and doesn’t resemble tea as I know it. I thought Twinings were supposed to be ‘quality’....what a joke.

On the 7th of October I called twice to Twinings to speak to customer service lady which was very nice to me and ask if they could delivery a tea hamper to my granny for her hundredth birthday I ask if they could do before the 15th of October she says she cannot guarantee it will be there before the 15th because he normally takes 20 working days for parcel to reach destination.

I got a email from DHL from Brazil with the destination of my parcel it took three weeks to clear as I can follow on a DHL website on the sixth of of November I called Twinings again to ask what happened to my parcel the lady told me that the parcel was taking extra time and she could not understand why then I spoke to her and ask if she could what could she do she asked for me to resend the package again and I asked her on the 6th of November if she could do the package without any extra charge she say yes. I made clear, my question was - Can you delivery my package with no extra charge?
she said - YES. Then I ask - if you cannot delivery can I have my full money back? and she said - Yes.That phone call was on the 6th of November of the 11th few days later I got a message from DHL E Brasil asking me to pay £300 extra to complete my delivery. Then when I called this time, the lady from Twinings mention the terms and conditions which says that once the parcel reached I know the country I have two take care of clearance on the destination with With taxes and they cannot refund my money if I do not pay the full amount . Now if I called Customerservice from Twinings I expect a good service I am asking an information, which should be given before you pay, also the lady told me that they do 10 parcels a day to Brazil. I cannot believe if she does 10 parcels a day to Brasil everybody is going to pay a tax off 300% on the top of the amount which is also wrong.
Before I pay to my parcel Twinings Customer service lady offer me everything I wanted to get my parcel to my grandma house in Brasil ( she promised it would not be a problem and there was no conversation about taxes) after a paid they said to me they cannot do anything about any was my responsibility!!!! if I knew I was going to have to deal With customer duties and tax in Brazil I would not have done the purchase twining! When he called to a company that big you expect the staff should be fully informed of their products and how it works to send a parcel anywhere. I feel like I’ve been scummed by a dirty salesperson which just want to grab the money and not worry about the customer service. I’m very disappointed with Twinings. AVOID THIS TWININGS! THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST!!!

Ordered on the 17th Dec and it got dispatched 5 days later, it does not take 5days to dispatch items ,ruined someone's present, will never be buying from the shoddy company again,just as long as they get money from you then they decide when to dispatch you items

Twinings' website has been an absolute boon this year when we haven't bee able to get out to the shops. I was able to buy my favourite teas (Cherry & Cinnamon, Blackcurrant & Blueberry - and try the new Raspberry & Lemon with Rose Petal! it tastes just like Turkish Delight!) easily and with no problems.
The delivery was quite quick and everything was in order.

I ordered a teapot from Twinings. I had a problem with the product and sent them an email. What an excellent customer service! They immediately sent me a new teapot, after checking at the warehouse that it's in excellent conditions, with express courier delivery. I received the parcel the day after, super protected and with tea samples too. I will definitely order again from Twinings!

Twinings Sencha Green Tea. Penthouse price bargain basement quality. Sold in a tin (Caddy) mostly dust, the sweepings from the factory floor. Might be acceptable in tea bags but not as a loose leaf tea. Far better quality available at less than half the price.

First time ordering from Twinings, had fast delivery on my order and even threw in a few free samples to try. Will definitely be ordering again. Much appreciated!!
