How I wish I read reviews before buying 😭😭😭. Lost money. Never received my order and bought so many of them I normally buy in store. I couldn’t get it in store so I ordered online. Had i known that the online one is one of them scammers I would not have. I’m so tired of all these shops scamming us but i certainly didn’t expect them too. Very disappointed

Dont buy online if they still use Evri for delivery! We ordered cold water infusuions, Evri did not deliver to us but allegedly delivered to "neighbour" half a mile away (map and image provided) and noting we live in semi detached property.... Twinings and Evri asked us to travel around the countryside trying to locate and then Twinings simply didn't believe the parcel had not been delivered to us. Still waiting for refund!

Today I attended a tea masterclass organized by Twinings.
The masterclass took place in a cozy and well-equipped venue, at 216 Strand. It covered several topics, from the history and origins of various types, to cultivation and harvesting methods, and finally to preparation and tasting techniques.
Alessandra,the instructor, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. She shared a wealth of information clearly and engagingly, answering all questions with expertise.
The tasting session was a highlight. We sampled a range of fine teas, learning to identify their distinctive notes.
I highly recommend a masterclass with Alessandra. Her knowledge blew my mind.

What an insipid, lacklustre excuse for tea - yet another company managing to cheat their previously loyal customers. Shame on you Twinings for what you describe as golden and well-rounded English Breakfast Tea...Hopefully can find better elsewhere.

Packaging and quality of tea is no longer the same. It looks like a cheap brand now even though I pay a lot for tea. Everyone is trying to cut costs. I’m recording both old and new packaging when I order. What’s good?!?! It’s being purchased at the same time. Losing the poshness and quality of your brand.

Very poor manager and unsupportive coworkers, how can you require knowledge about tea bags when you haven’t given extensive training? Poorly dismissed an employee with no legitimate reason. The manager and the employees need further training on how to speak to people it’s giving lacking social skills. Very disappointed

The new plastic-like pyramid bags are dreadful, taking up a lot of space and some have burst before evening making it out of the packaging. And what's the point of all the individual strings? Just annoying. Lost a customer.

I bought a box of Assam loose tea. I expected reasonable quality leaf tea. What I actually got was powdery dust which fell through the holes of the basket in our Stumpy tea pot.
I have tried in vain to contact Twinings through their website. Many hoops to jump through, including an absent UK lot number. Possibly missing as this tea appears to have come from Poland. The online form is made even more difficulty by the Captcha which outwits all attempts.
Managed to ring Twinings and speak to a human. Apparently twinings loose tea is granular tea- who knew? I was offered a voucher for another Twinings purchase but declined. Why not label their loose leaf tea as "granular"tea?

We grumbled about the price hike, we moaned about the shrinkflation that meant 80 tea bags for more money than the previous 100, but we still bought them. Not now. The flavour does not seem the same, its harsher on the tongue and we always seem to end up with tea dust in the bottom of the cup that catches in the throat. We have moved to Waitrose's Lapsang Suchong....when we can find it.

Rude assistant in the shop called Rosie. Very dismissive of my disabled mother.

BEST CHOCOLATE DRINK I HAD IN THE LAST 10 YEARS, TASTY, EASILY DISOLVED, SILKY SMOUTH AS IT SAYS ON THE TIN, IT DESERVES 7 STARS . . .

From a regular Twinings tea drinker - after contacting Louise in Consumer Services she dealt with my request in a most efficient and helpful manner resulting in a very quick and satisfactory conclusion -- great service - thank you

I have always used Twining English Breakfast Tea for years, The last 2 boxes i have bought are dreadful, The taste has changed and is much more bitter and leaves a film on the inside of the cup and floating on the surface of the tea, Too expensive to buy this now poor quality product, Used to be really good, But something has changed dramatically.

Oh no whats happened to my favourite Lady Grey Tea bags where has all the zesty flavour gone? I thought I had a bad batch but no my new box is equally as bad just watery liquid with no flavour 🙁
Time to move on from Twinings how disappointing!

So sad that a once great company has now succumbed to the accountants. Tea quality has declined dramatically over recent years. Lady Grey and Earl Grey teabags much weaker than they used to be, and 'smoky tea' replacement for lapsang a travesty. Have had to migrate to Higgins and Fortnums for better quality now.

How on earth did Twinings win the "Taste" award for Pure Peppermint Tea is beyond me.
The tea bags consist of what I would call "dregs of the factory floor", it's like someone swept up all the leftovers and decided to put them in bags, package them up nicely and somehow get an award.
It does not contain whole leaf peppermint, and the aroma in non existent.
Look elsewhere for your peppermint tea unless you just want to spend your money on a nice looking box.

What on earth do Twinings think they are doing by concocting something called Distinctively Smoky as some kind of replacement for Lapsang Souchong!
This chemical tasting brew is not even vaguely palatable, having the taste of cigarette butts left to stew in water.
And the after taste is even worse and lingers.
this "tea" should never have been marketed. As a tea drinker all my long life, this is the worst I have tried.
I no longer respect Twinings and have stopped buying any of their products as a way of showing my dissatisfaction.
It would seem that after losing supplies of Lapsang they have rushed to release this in order to replace income. This shows a lack of respect for their customers.
My advice to real Lapsang lovers is to stay well clear of this disgusting contrivance.

I am so disappointed that Twinnings have stopped making Lapsang Souchong tea. The distinctively Smokey tea they have replaced it with tastes nothing like Lapsang and is, quite frankly, disgusting. Please bring back Lapsang!

They have nice gift sets with nice selection of teas. Always go for the lose leaves for a better taste!

Glue on the teabags which melts into the cup of tea. When I asked customer service about this they apologized for the poor quality and offered vouchers but avoided my questions and did not offer any explanation. Very concerned.
