A+ service for Women!!
I have always struggled with female issues and I also live a very busy life so I don't always have time to go to the doctor. Since I have had issues my whole life, I can identify what's going on and I am so happy I found Twentyeight Health. This service was trustworthy, easy and convenient. Amazing Service!!
I recently started using Twentyeight Health when I couldn’t get into my doctor quick enough, and it was truly a game changer. They’re incredibly helpful and respond so quickly, which saved me so much time and stress from having to go into a doctor’s office. The customer service is beyond amazing as well. Prescriptions ship in a timely manner.
The whole process has been seamless - I’m so glad I found them. 10/10 recommend!

Process was smooth and easy. Didn't take much time. The team was quick payment was secure and shipping was fast. Was notified every step of the way. Ram and the team i received were great. I got the same meds I have always gotten, but im glad I went thru twenty-eight health.

Gimmick-- never informed of subscription fee during sign up
During sign up for birth control, nowhere does it state that there is 12.99 subscription fee so after I fill out all my information and questionnaires and insurance info, i receive a message telling me that I would have to pay 12.99 for the services, even though my insurance would normally cover everything under preventative care. This is a gimmick. Very unpleased

Thank you for reaching out. I truly apologize for any misunderstanding. Transparency is very important to us, especially when it comes to the fees associated with our service. The $12.99 required upon sign up is explained in our website FAQ as well as noted on the Order Summary page at checkout.
The $12.99 is an out of pocket cost not covered by insurance, but we can always provide an itemized receipt which you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look further into any pricing concerns regarding subscription costs, to ensure we resolve any potential discrepancies. I've reached out to you directly via email and through Trustpilot in order to do so, and hope to hear back from you soon.

Reliable company with great communication
I have been using twentyeight health's services for years at this point and it's been amazing. Whenever there is an issue with my insurance or with my pharmacy, they help me resolve it quickly. I especially love that I can email whenever I have a question, and a real person will get back to me usually within a couple hours! Thanks for the help this time, Ram :)

I absolutely love twentyeight health!
I absolutely love twentyeight health!! I was with them for many years and I love having a doctor right at my fingertips. They are always responsive, go out of their way to help you in any way possible and you can tell they really care about you and your health. Whenever I have a question or any kind of issue, I know their customer service team is going to go above and beyond to make sure I leave with answers. Even when I stopped my medication, I had to reach out to them to get the name of the medication and they were right there to help me. Always a great experience!

Poor service, unaccountable, passive aggressive customer service
They charged me for the service, but only let me know they had trouble with my insurance 7 days later. This was, unfortunately, too late for me as I would be traveling but they didn't issue a refund upon request. They also prescribed me the expensive brand name by default instead of the lower cost generic which I had said I would be fine with. Customer support was unwilling to provide a workable solution - unapologetic, unaccountable, and passive-aggressive.

I paid the 29$,they took my money ,did not help me with anything at all .there website is broken ,when you get to the part where you have to finish filling out the intake questions ,the website becomes broken ,the website won't allow you to do it .I would advise people not to use this service .they will take your money and will not help you with anything
