1 Deposit was fast
2 I have made 2 request for withdrawal, bank transfer then I received a message in my email "we are going to contact you" and nothing happends

Great broker, I am a happy user for many years, great fills and great trading conditions only fault that is making me give a medium rating is the fees on USDT deposits and withdrawals. I have paid 0.6% withdrawal fees for USDT ($450+ for my withdrawal). In today's day and age there is a plethora of crypto PSPs that can accommodate crypto to fiat deposits and withdrawals for less than 0.10%

Absolutely fantastic! Wasnt sure at first as hadn't heard of them before, but actually they have turned out to be the best broker I have ever used, and I have used a LOT!
