*Retirement Visa Application*

Correspondence was with Grace.
(We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. )
No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence.

We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome!
The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding.
For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm.
This service was absolutely amazing.
Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!!

This is the second time I have renewed my 12 Month Non O Visa based on Retirement, with Thai Visa Centre(TVC). I also got a multi re-entry permit. I posted my Passport, passport photos and bank book off to them on Sunday 29 March 2026 via Thai Post EMS from Chiang Mai. TVC sent me a photo that they had received these documents at Samut Prakan on the following day. I paid my fee by QR code and their system kept me in the loop thought every step. In the early afternoon of Friday 3 April 2026 I received my documents back at my home address.
Inside my passport were a Visa extension stamp and Multi Re-Entry stamp issued by an official Thai Immigration Officer at an Official Thai Immigration Office.
As usual, Grace and the team at TVC dealt with my Visa expeditiously in super quick time. You pay more to use such an agent, but this way saves the financial and administrative burden, had I done the process locally myself.
This is a very trustworthy service I can't recommend highly enough. ,🙏🏻 Thank you so much . ❤️

Really efficient and swift service. I got my retirement Non O and was told 3-4 wks so I was like, ok Kool. No problem. I flew into Bangkok, collected by van, taken to the bank, then to immigration. I landed at 7am and by 1300hrs I was heading back to the airport! Best thing though, after sending my passport back I then, outta the blue got it back with Visa stamp in under a week later! I was impressed. However for 60k one is expected to be so, yes it’s a lot of doe but to be fair, if your like me and don’t like faffing then these guys are bang on! I’ll be using the 90 day reporting service too! Defo recommend
