SCAM - contact email and telephone do not exist!

Scammers. Do not touch. Will take your money. Things work for a few days then nothing and no back up.

Customer service rubbish stay away!

Do NOT bye this tv service. They take your money you get tv services for a cery short time and then nothing. No response from their so called 24 hour customer service department. Please do not waste your money

Thought this was actually going to be good.
Quick payment and fast replies.
But then it all goes downhill after that.
Stopped working, took 24hrs for them to reply and fix.
Has stopped again and no response to any messages.
Also checked with someone else I know that has it, and theirs is down as well, and no response.

I really wish I'd checked to see if there were reviews on trusrpilot before I took out an annual subscription, as any they state are not correct. I'm now after 5 months experiencing the same issue as the majority of previous reviews. Basically you oay for 12 months but you'd be lucky to get 4to5 months without issues. Avoid at all cost!!!

If i could rate it no stars I would. Started off very professional with fast replies when asking for payment. Once you’ve paid and they’ve given you the login, the fastness disappears. The login would continuously stop working, they’d keep giving you a new host which is so inconvenient and then they would just completely stop replying to messages asking for an issue to be sorted. I absolutely urge people not to purchase a subscription with these frauds, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I’ve recently found a new provider and am very very happy with the quality, and I get help very very quickly (only had to once).

Anyway, a very very poor provider, don’t buy.

Payed for a years subscription & worked for about 2 months then I got charged another £12 & after that it just stopped working.
Nobody on WhatsApp would answer me & the email provided doesnt exist. Avoid the provider.

Service is unreliable and keeps disconnecting. When trying to contact to get help they don’t reply.

Worst service offered ... taken 1 year subsription with no use ... not working well .. contacted by whatspp so many times .. no reply .. asked for refund, no reply ..

Please don't go for it !!

Total scam!!! Playlist never worked! No reply! No refund! Save your money!

I purchased this Playlist for 2 devices since the TV package we were using was being cancelled due to the high cost.

At the start, everything went well and it all worked. But then when I tried to open the app up, it kept saying that the ‘playlist was not valid’.

Half the channels started buffering, stopped working or the sound was out of sync.

I sent numerous messages to them, but got no reply back. And when they did it was with a weak excuse or a solution, which never worked.

So I am cancelling the Playlist for both devices and changing to a better provider.

Avoid TVBOXUK at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews a day earlier. Fantastic leading upto payment being made. Followed instructions on how to set up and received errors. Messaged to get it resolved and as of yet no response. Hopefully I can do a charge back.

Terrible service, doesnt work and just ignores you when you try to get them to fix it, it worked for like 2 weeks and then died , customer service os non existent and they just take your cash, seems to be standard for them as per the other reviews

Very terrible after paying the product didn’t work.It says invalid. Tried contacting the creator he blanked me it’s been 5 days.

Massive SCAM .... paid and within an hour it stopped working, they sent me some crazy changes to make and nothing..... download this and that and nothing worked .... messages of support then stopped and left with no subscription, no replies to WhatsApp ... nothing ... NEVER purchase from these people ... take your money and then leave you stranded ... Had to register as a fraud with my bank for a refund .... trust now with anyone on line has gone

Total Scam - worked for a few days then crashed and constantly buffered , emailed several times and whatsapped them 15 times without a single response , have now launched a charge back with bank

Pretty clear that this is just a Bullshit operation run by someone clearly outside the uk

Funny thing is , when you ask for a new subscription they are on you like a hawk

Took my money, gave me login details, but disappeared when I couldn’t access my playlist. I’m getting onto Apple Pay and my bank.

Scam – stay away from TVBOX UK!
I regret signing up with TVBOX UK. Before I paid, they were very quick to reply and seemed professional. The moment I made payment, the service worked for barely an hour before it stopped completely. When I reported the issue, they went totally silent — no replies to messages and absolutely no help. No refund was given either.

Looking at other reviews, I now see many people had the exact same experience. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before paying. This is a dishonest company that takes your money and disappears. Save yourself the stress — avoid TVBOX UK at all costs.
