First of all, the product took weeks to arrive. Then it was NOT the product advertised, with a different company name on the box than TV-Smart. They are located in Shinzen China, but advertise as if they are located in the USA.

The first thing I noticed was the preschool advertising format. The pictures don’t go into depth about the product but just enough for you to buy and get your discount and go straight to PayPal to have your world turned upside down. Even after purchase or request for refund your personal information has went through an enormous fishing sector. So sorry people. Please check reviews and still side eye the good reviews 👀😢

Regelrechte oplichterij, koop deze troep niet. Google weigert iets te doen aan advertenties van deze oplichters.
Er worden suggesties gedaan in de reclame op oa YouTube die absolute leugens zijn.

Beste mensen koop niks van dit bedrijf ! Als je een product hebt gekocht en het terug wilt sturen dan moet het op eigen kosten naar China teruggestuurd worden, dat komt er bijna op neer dat je meer aan verzendkosten betaald als dat je product heeft gekost , met andere woorden jij zit met een product in je maag , en hun hebben je geld al gevangen !!

Het is de grootste troep die er ook maar is.
Alle zenders gratis je moet overal voor betalen
En als je het binnen krijgt valt het nog net niet uitelkaar.
Wilde het retour sturen maar dan moet je ook nog een kapitaal betalen. En dan moet je nog afwachten of je het geld terug krijgt.en je moet ook nog een hoop papieren invullen omzet naar China te krijgen.
Mensen klik uit als jebij deze website besteld.
Ze krijgen van mij de middelen vinger en die kunnen ze op een plek steken waar je hem niet wil hebben

I am so upset. I ordered received three of them. I decided I didn’t want them and told I would get a refund. You can’t contact them, I have gone around in circles. A complete scam. I feel really stupid £134.28 plus £ 25 sending them back. SCAM!!!!
I wouldn’t have even given them 1 star.
I will give them a review on instagram, Facebook and X. I will be sure to give them a very bad review unless they contact me. I ordered as Home Homewood. It is impossible to contact them.

Op de website beweren ze veel maar leggen zij niet uit hoe men betaalde streamingdiensten kan aanbieden. Dat gaat dus ook niet. Bekijk 'contact us' en je krijgt veel blabla maar geen contact. Ik was zeker nieuwsgierig maar blij dat ik even heb nagedacht en Trustpilot heb bekeken. Het is een scam.

Horrible useless product! Use PayPal and PayPal will refund you every time! If they don’t accept PayPal, I don’t even purchase!
90% of products on YouTube are scams. If I can’t buy it via PayPal or Amazon for cheaper, I ignore it. Good luck and be safe out there!

Gelukkig even onderzoek gedaan. Reklame op youtube gezien en dacht dat het wel iets zou kunnen zijn.
Op de website zie eigenlijk al gelijk dat hier om oplichting gaat. je kunt ze niet benaderen. geen adres of telefoonummer. En het retourbeleid is gewoon een lachertje! Blijf hier weg aub! Oh ja...Er staat in de reklame op You tube: Money back garantie! Lees de voorwaarden maar door. Dat zegt al genoeg!

Well, According to these reviews, I just threw $120 down the drain. Just ordered yesterday and paid with paypal. Not the 1st time I've messed up. Another life lesson. I tried to find reviews prior to purchasing but didn't see this until today. At 67, I'm tired of these life lessons.

I have been trying to reach this company so I can return the 2 smart sticks I ordered. I tried one and it does not work on my TV. Also it is no other than other smart sticks. You still have to pay for apps. False advertising. I want my $120 back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is a total scam. Device compass with no directions, nothing on the Internet and does absolutely nothing.

Ook ik ben er met open ogen ingetrapt.
Ik had een tweetal van die TV Smart dingen aangeschaft voor bijna 100€.

Ze liegen de boel gewoon bijelkaar.
Ten eerste is het geen Android 13 wat er op staat maar Android 10.
Ten tweede is het geen 16GB maar slechts 8GB gedeeld geheugen.
Dat betekent dus dat je eigenlijk er bijna niets mee kunt.

Ik heb er nog wel contact over gehad met de klantenservice maar die zei al gelijk van terugsturen is volledig op eigen kosten en dan moeten ze ook nog eens in de verzegelde verpakking zitten.

Een goede les voor de volgende keer: nooit weer doen.

Dit bedrijf manipuleert in een youtubevideo het gebruik van dit product. Er wordt een “kale” chromecast geleverd ipv een ingericht apparaat waarmee je “gratis” kan streamen. Door een “fout” in het bestellen heb ik bovendien 6 ipv 2 van die apparaten besteld. Ik had binnen 1 minuut een melding gestuurd dat ik per ongeluk 4 teveel had besteld, maar dat was al te laat , de zending was al verwerkt. Aan die fout valt mijn inziens niet te ontkomen, anders kom je niet door de bestelling heen. De apparaten kunnen wel op eigen kosten richting Hongkong a €180 retour.
Dit is zeer ingenieus in elkaar gezet en binnen de randen van het toelaatbare. Juridisch niets tegenin te brengen. Anna? De antwoord machine blijft heel vriendelijk maar uiteindelijk trekt de koper aan het kortste eind.Ik heb contact gehad met de credit card maatschappij om langs deze weg iets mee te doen, maar formeel voldoet de leverancier aan de juiste voorwaarden. Dit is de vermelde truck van het sturen van een doos met stenen.

Made the mistake or purchasing rather than checking reviews first. Those other reviewers have pointed out it is not what it was advertised to be and it is fraudulent! You should be able to get your money refunded if you report for odd to your banking institution.

This TV Smart is nothing but a SCAM! I ordered two Sticks for more channels and they don't work. I saw the ad again on Youtube. I went to their so called website and there is no where to get in contact with anyone! Such bad bad people!!

I saw the ad for the SmartTV and read through it. Apparently the genius who invented it is a one-name person called Rémy. I knew it was BS and moved on. Yet- further down the page I found I could reduce my electric bill by 92% with a device called SmartEnergy. And it must be just as good as the other doodad because it, too was invented by
Wait for the drum roll - ta da Rémy. Happy I missed out.

This device is no more than a cheap, doesn't work and cost 20.00 to 30.00 more than competitor's like Ruko and Amazon Fire Stick. The advertizement is all BS. on top of that NO CONTACT INFO. NONE, NOTHING no place to get a refund process start . Stick (no pun intended) to Roku or Amazon

TvSmart is a scam. They do not provide contact information that works. I received a damaged product and TvSmart will not respond to exchange the item. The numbers , online chat and email do not work. Do not purchase from this company
