TutorCruncher Recenzje

Makes running a tutoring business much smoother and automates many functions. An amazing time-saver!

The new site is great and really useful for organising client bookings and payments. It all looks good and seems very customisable for individual needs. A few features could be a little more user friendly and intuitive, e.g. the 'set availability' being on the profile instead of the calendar, but I'm sure these things will be ironed out.

it just works. importantly, it saves clients credit card info and allows you to control if you want them to pay the invoice or to simply charge the card on file...and then it will send them a receipt. Analytics helps w/ legal compliance and tax stuff

TutorCruncher is an excellent platform for managing tutors and clients. It makes lesson logging and invoicing simple, clear, and efficient, while keeping everything organised in one place. Easy to use and highly professional – it saves time and lets us focus on supporting students.

I would highly recommend TutorCruncher. Prior to using the platform, far too much valuable time was spent on admin tasks and as the organisation grew, so too did the amount of time wasted. TutorCruncher was designed with tutors and tuition agencies in mind - they strive to keep improving and adjusting to the needs of the market. I have already recommended them to others and would do so again.

Great feedback and assistance from the team. Highly recommend investing in Tutorcruncher.

TutorCruncher is a great platform and well worth consideration. I moved FoL English (folenglish.com) from Acquity to TC, as this allowed me to scale in a way that Acquity could not. It's great that students and teachers can create accounts as well as affiliates and admins. The features TC offers are great (although they do take some getting used to - tip: be sure to utilise the written guides). In terms of negatives, the system was clearly built with teaching children in mind - which isn't our business model - so it is slightly fiddly in that you have to manually set each 'client' to also be a 'student', which is a little annoying.

A remarkable SaaS software solution for businesses that aims to grow and provide tutoring services in their regional area & gain a lead in market share through automation and CMS.

Each of the team member at TutorCruncher actively provided individual assistance to: transfer my existing data (Excel) of client, student, tutor records - into their software. It has save me and company so much hours and cost!
Some of the amazing features my business benefited from this transition: Automatic/credit card payment options; seasonal offers/automatic schedule reminder for parents; tutor to confirm if student attended the learning season & auto-payout to employee!

Although, I have been in the business for 3 years, I have only generated >50k revenue. Antonio & other members at TutorCruncher treated me as a multi-million generating business! Each of TutorCruncher staffs took the time & dedicate efforts to understand my vision and my business needs. Antonino dedicate so many hours to help me and my team transition and benefit from the web application. Each has dedicated time to respect my opinion, concern & aided in customizing features to align with my business needs!

The main benefit of TutorCrucher vs many other brand is their approach of many customization. They offer their services but also offer you - as a business owner, to use your personal/business logo as the "branding" of their service.
In other words, it the only major company that offer their services and where your clients can feel that they are using YOUR trusted services

Tutor Cruncher is a great system that we have used for years. We are pleased with its comprehensive features automation capabilities and positive user feedback. Would definitely recommend Tutor Cruncher to other education companies.

Easy to navigate, great features and quick support. They though about everything.

We’ve been using TutorCruncher at Teach 2 Teach (Teach2Teach.com) for over 7 years, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for our music lesson business. They really understand how service-based companies work, especially ones like ours that match students with private teachers, and their platform makes everything so much smoother.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility. Whether it’s pay-as-you-go, subscriptions, online or in-person lessons, TutorCruncher gives us the tools to run our operations the way that works best for us. And whenever we’ve had questions, their team has always been super responsive and helpful.

If you run any kind of tutoring or teaching business, I highly recommend checking them out. TutorCruncher has helped us streamline everything and grow with a lot less stress.

TutorCruncher does help to reduce the time managing clients and accounts massively. There are a few technical points that we often run into, and sometimes things are a bit trickier than they need to be e.g. when emails don't go through, or with tax settings for group courses where some students are VAT exempt and others aren't

The system provides a straight forward, streamlined system that has helped our organisation achieve so much with less time.

Tutorcruncher has changed our business for the better.

We've been using TutorCruncher for some time now, and it's become an essential part of how we manage our business. One of the things we really appreciate is their responsive support team- any time we've had a question or needed assistance, they've got back to us quickly and helpfully.
