I have failed a course because of their incompetence to resolve properly a homework that I have paid for and when I showed them proof of their incompetence, they started finding excuses and have refused to send me a refund... I would advice all engineering and architecture students to use this website.

I wanted to use the Homework AI so that I could correct some problems, I upgraded the plan to get unlimited questions and it let me do so for 5 questions. After that It told me I had hit daily uses and that I should upgrade the plan (to the one I already had) I chatted with support and just said "yes" and "okay" giving no solutions to my problem

When I told them, they did not accept it, so I told them to return my money and they did not do it and their service is very bad. And they do not reply, when they have to take the order, they reply and later they do not follow up and do not give the service properly.
