The representative who helped me was amazing

Jessica went above and beyond to help me place my orders. She was kind, patient, empathetic, and incredibly persistent in making sure everything was sorted out. I’m so grateful for all her help while I was placing several gift orders. Truly outstanding customer service! I’ll definitely keep coming back to the website to place my orders, and Jessica is a big part of the reason why.

Great customer service, the color I selected was sold out but someone reached out to me and quickly resolved the problem. Any color I wanted at no additional cost to me, all I can say it what great service. Thank you and now I can get the mulberry color that looks gorgeous.

I was influenced by a person on Instagram to buy the Tush Baby Hip Carrier for my plus size baby.
Placed the order but no order confirmation received i chased this a couple of days later and miraculously received shipping information almost instantly.
A few days later, the item wasnt at the address id sent it to. Turns out when I queried this, their shipper had delivered to the address leaving it outside on the street. An item of thay value just being left on the street... no signature, nothing. Someone has obviously walked passed and taken it and Tush Baby have not been helpful in raising this with their shippers, offering a replacement or a refund so I have paid for a product that ive not received. Very disappointed, right before Christmas too.

Update: thanks Tush Baby however it doesnt change the fact I have paid for an item that I havent received.

I LOVE Tushbaby and have ordered probably over 50 products from them in the 6 months since I bought my first hip seat. My recent order was for a baby shower gift and the box came pretty damaged. I didn’t want to gift it this way so I emailed the company and they shipped me a new box for it. Super simple solution and now I have a perfect beautiful box for this amazing gift! Great products, great customer service, couldn’t recommend them more!!

My friend recommended my tushbaby and since I was planning on going to am amusement park I decided to get it to save room and my back. The mailing company lost the package and I was so sad bc I leave for the park on 12/13. Its now 12/11 and I emailed the customer service on 12/10 regarding this issue and they were fast to getting it fixed. Repackaged and sent it out with an ASAP mailing group so ill be getting it in time for my trip. The best customer service I have ever had for an online product!!!!

Prompt resolution of my problem

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The representative was quick to respond to my emails and very polite! I received my order quickly as well, as I had a timeline for traveling for which I need the TushBaby. I will absolutely continue using their products. It’s been 12 days since my order was marked as delivered, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to “customer support” multiple times, but instead of real help, they sent me a Google Maps photo of my neighbor’s house and claimed it was proof of delivery. The image is clearly an old street photo, not an actual delivery photo.

When I asked for proper proof, I was completely ignored. I’ve emailed every day since and have gotten no response. The tracking number still shows the package sitting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, yet they keep insisting it was delivered.

At this point, I no longer even want the product — I just want my money back. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It feels like no one is actually reading the messages or taking any responsibility. If I could give zero stars, I would

Company rep was surprisingly very rude after my emails not being responded to for two weeks. My item arrived defective and unusable. She finally responded and said all of my emails had been responded to, which was a lie? When I asked for evidence of that she asked me to drop it.

It's one thing to make a mistake, miss some emails, send a defective product, but to be rude to the customer for no apparent reason? Why?

I enjoyed the product (the second one, I finally was able to send the first one back), but I would not willingly do business with this company again.

Received my tush baby in the UK within the timeframe given.

Im a size 18 and and the tushbaby “just” fits me. However is comfortable for my baby and 3 year old

Only disappointing aspect is the price of shipping to UK wish id ordered the sling to turn it handsfree at the same time I bought the tush baby.

They do not honor their return policy. I ordered from them and the order never showed up. They sent me another one and I did get it. After getting it, I realized it was not going to work for me. I requested a refund and they said since they already had replaced the item I could not get a refund. I asked about an exchange for a different bag and the answer was no. They do not stand on their promise. Buyer beware.

I was very hesitant to order from Tush Baby when I saw such poor reviews here. That’s said I investigated the company and saw that it was being shipped inside the United States, had Laurie Grenier’s stamp of approval and I was able to lose $100 if everything went south. The orchid colored hip carrier came relatively quickly and as described. I did have a question after my order was received, and they got back to me very quickly. So if you’re on the fence about it, I don’t know why there were any bad reviews. 01/26/2025

Have yet to receive 2 orders, although on the website the latest delivery date is supposed to be tomorrow. They don't provide tracking numbers, but require you to download shopping apps. I downloaded both apps, checked every day for the last 6 days, & the apps still can't even find the orders. I did an online chat with TushBaby customer service today, & they won't even ship the orders until next week! They did have one item in stock, & could have sent it in time, but chose not to. I won't have anything to give at the baby shower now. I asked if they would ship the one item in stock, but they can't get it to me in time (apparently they've not heard of overnight shipping?). I certainly hope they get it together and to the mother by the time the baby is born. I'll never deal with this company again.

Took more than 3 weeks and the courier is still awaiting the item. They say this “shipped/in transit”

FRAUD COMPANY. They charged my account, put my order on hold and did not tell me until I reached out. There customer service is a joke.

I wrote about my experience about their customer service on EVERYTHING. They blocked me on social media and deleted my review EVERYWHERE. I can bet there are a ton of bad reviews that they are hiding to get keep scamming others for money.

was charged an extra 56$ after already paying 22$ in shipping on an 80$ product. customer service was dismal and rude. they claimed it was for customs and duty. which it isn't. there is no duty on the carrier as per UPS and max it could be would be under 20$. UPS charges a "brokerage fee". if i had known i wouldn't have gotten this item.

Absolutely love this tushbaby carrier product! I carried my 7 month old all over Disney with this carrier and it saved my back! If you’re on the fence… get it now!
