Several years back I had a bad experience with another debt relief company. It was a nightmare. When Adam Drake from TurboDebt called, we discussed my hesitation. He professionally addressed all my concerns and helped me set up a program I'm confident will work. Dealing with urgent medical and credit card debt which I had tried to finance, turned out to be a predator lender. Worried sick as to how I'd handle the payments, Adam and TurboDebt came to my aid.

On 8/19/2026, I talked to three separate people from your company and two out of the three hung up in my face! One person that I did speak with was unable to understand my request and that’s unfortunately/sad that this company hangs up in the face of customers, nor do they have professionally trained staff. Therefore, it is a representation of poor customer service. Having said that, at this time I choose to no longer deal with your company. Additionally, I’m asking for your company to erase all of my information from your database. Also, going forward, I am no longer asking for your assistance. I don't need any more dealings with your company.

Robert was great! Helped me through each step and helped me understand what was needed to be done. Short, simple and sweet everything was much easier to understand.

What made my experience great, was Brandon kittendorf. He really went beyond the Call of Duty. I would say he'd listen to me, he talked to me. It's almost like he held my hand and guided me through everything that I didn't understand he was patient considerate understanding. Brandon kittendorf make sure to talk to me, keep me in the loop. And if he couldn't talk to me, he tried to get someone else that could help me until he could get to me. I'm not familiar with terrible debt, but Brandon made me feel comfortable like as if I was family or something.
