Mike was great! I was scared that my monthly payments were going to be expensive, but they weren’t. He went through every step with me and assured me that I was in good hands. He was friendly and informative. More of customer service representatives should work like him. He was excellent!

Great help is available!
This experience has been a very good one indeed. I was helped by Michael Romero who has been so patient, explaining every part of how we'll be able to get debt free. His way of explaining everything has been clear and if we have any questions, he is available to help out to explain any doubt.

Honestly… I had no intention of doing this
Honestly… I knew what the phone call was going to be and I really had no intention of doing this. Obviously, I did. Kenny was direct, patient and honest… three traits I appreciate. We walked through a decision to get her, he gave me clean honest information and allowed me to make a sound , well thought out decision. He is beyond good at what he does, give the man a raise.

Wonderful experience
Honestly, I was pretty nervous about reaching out because of a bad experience I had with a debt relief agency in the past—they made me feel small and discouraged. But those worries disappeared within the first few minutes of this call. I spoke with Russell Davis, and he explained everything clearly and efficiently.
