This was so easy and Fatimah Nisharojan made it all very clear what and is helping me finally get back to saving for my future.

Stacy did well explaining my options and getting me a more manageable payment plan.

Turbodebt took me to
Nat'l Debt Relief, a company that consolidates debt. I turned over four debts to them. The company with the largest debt made a very good settlement. I don't believe they had even contacted the other three debtors yet.I was making a fairly large monthly payment to them which I would have continued had I not learned what was really going on. They did not tell me up front that they required a 25% fee on the unsettled debt amount and while the first three payments of $25.00 was made to the settlement company, they were keeping the rest of those payments for themselves, or $1,800. Only $75. was used for my settlement for those three months, and then after they had their money they would start making larger payments. If they had settled all my debts, I would have owed them $7,000.00. I don't do business that way so I cancelled my account.

Michael Romero was such a great person to talk to. He helped me and made sure I understood everything and made it easy to follow. He talk to me like I was a friend and on a personal level. Thank you for everything

Not great. I spoke with Edgar Pineda and I decided this is not the route I want to go while he had me on hold. I emailed him to tell him this and he has yet to reply to my email confirming that he did not further the process.

David Chang was very kind and helpful in the process for not only my husband but myself too. It has been a rough year for our family, David completely stepped up to the plate and offered us the help we need. We feel like we can breathe again. Thank you David and TurboDebt!!
